Excellent large ground floor room in the separate coach house looking out to the front garden and adjacent Queens Park. Large warm bathroom with corner bath and shower. Excellent choice at breakfast of hot and cold breakfast. Evening meal at hotel excellent. Must book in advance for evening meals and staff very friendly and helpful. This was the third time we have stayed at the hotel and will definitely hopefully stay again.

The main lights in the bathroom ceiling had two out of the four lights not working and the plug in the bathroom sink did not close fully, so the water seeped away quickly. These were only minor faults though.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded when I arrived. I was led by the receptionist around to the back of the building and shown what looked like a downstairs extension. It wasn't the most attractive looking building from the outside, however, once inside I was not disappointed. The 2 bedroom apartment was really nice. The main bedroom was far too big just for me but very nicely presented and decorated. The bathroom was very nice. The second bedroom wasn't needed but was, as per the main bedroom very nicely decorated. The lounge area was comfortable with a nice big TV.

If you can improve 3 things I would ask you to look at the following:- 1) try and do something with how the exterior of the extension looks. On first impressions it doesn't look inviting. 2) sort out the wall inside behind the entry door. Looks like there's been a water leak at some point. 3) The entry door needs some attention on the outside. Sort these 3 things and I'll stay with you every time I'm in Glasgow.

The room was excellent - we were upgraded to a ground-floor suite which had a separate sitting area and access to the rear garden. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and I had no problem securing a slightly later check-out. Parking is very limited but we were lucky to secure a space right outside. Although there were both afternoon and evening functions taking place on the night we were there, we weren't disturbed and the service wasn't compromised. We enjoyed a good meal in the bar/restaurant. Easy walking distance to the local parkrun. I would stay here again.

Nothing - all good.

Staff was wonderful, especially Thomas!everyone very accommodating, over and above service with a smile. We had a lovely cozy room with private entrance to outside. Netflix & Prime Video access a big plus!!! Perfect, quiet, country like location on Queen’s Park in the Southside

Difficult getting around property with wheelchair because of door sills. stairs and locked doors. Beds were somewhat hard, pillows a little old. Twin room very small. No grab bars in bathroom.

prefect location for our needs while visiting Glasgow, the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Heather on reception was so kind and welcoming and the guys in the bar were so fun and accommodating especially the gentleman working overnight. Beautifully decorated room, we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to suites for both our rooms and we were just blown away by the rooms, enormous beds which were incredible comfortable, spotless bathrooms and all the little touches were so considerate.

very limited off street parking but plenty of space on the street next to the hotel

The staff were all lovely, and very helpful. The room was spacious, the bed and chairs comfortable, and the bathroom of a decent size. Lovely big towels and the location was quiet and close to a train station into Glasgow Central. Breakfast was excellent and good value (we thought) at £12 per person.

More towel rails would have been useful in the bathroom. We didn't really like the fact that the shower was over the bath, which being a corner bath, was more awkward than a standard bath to get into.

Room was very good, though the chaise lounge should be turned to face the great park view. This stay there was food available unlike last time so easier to be a solo work traveler enjoying the facilities rather than being told to find a local cafe

The weak point in the room was the tiny corner bath in a huge bathroom. For a couple wanting a romantic weekend or for a very tall person like me - a much larger double ended bath next to a separate walk in shower instead of the ornate space hugging towel shelves would make the room an 'I must come back regularly' place

Very pleasant hotel in a nice location with friendly staff. We arrived quite late having travelled after work but this was no problem. Good breakfast and well equipped room. Not central but well served by train and bus and a taxi to the centre wasn't too much either.

Room was slightly cramped but perfectly adequate. We were at the end of breakfast time but some things were a little cold or run out. The shower curtain was too short so allowed water to flow onto the floor!

It was lovely although we were a bit weary myself and autism daughter stayed in the club house apart from hotel. She was scared did not sleep most of night scared someone was coming in the room. The hotel itself was good but if I return with my autistic daughter we would have to be part of the hotel. This to lether know she's safe.We would love to experience this again .

As stated above not being part of the actual hotel due to my autistic daughter .

During our stay there was an emergency - the lights went off one evening because someone had let a bath overflow and the water soaked into a light fixture in the ceiling below. The reaction of the staff was absolutely brilliant - they made us tea, called for the appropriate help and had the lights back on in little more than an hour. All of this was done with great care for the welfare of the guests and also good humour.

Very minor things compared with the above. The coffee at breakfast wasn't particularly hot or flavourful. The bathroom would have benefited from having a shelf to put a sponge bag or cosmetics on.
