very very hot & difficult to sleep I had to shower to keep cool in the middle of the night & as well in am & mid day🤷🏻‍♀️I had a very weak fan in my large room not adequate at all. noise all night from local restaurants & bars, not just a little very loud & fighting heard, unsettling… both nights.

This location was ideal for a festival we were attending close by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! The toiletries provided were also very nice, which was a lovely touch. The price (while rather inflated due to the festival - understandable) was the most reasonable I could find. Probably outside some people's budgets, but compared to some other prices I saw for other hotels close by, I thought it was OK

One of the receptionists had a bit of an attitude when I asked if I could charge my phone before I paid her, to get the pin for my debit card (new card, forgot the pin). I was allowed to charge my phone and she seemed to be fine when I went back up to pay her so maybe she just thought I was a time waster or something but I didn't really appreciate that being the first impression I got - unfortunately it sticks in my memory

The staff were exceptional! Our flight from Canada arrived at 630 in the morning and we weren't due to check in until 3pm. The staff opened one room up right away so we could store our bags and freshen up and then they got our second room ready for 1pm, so we could just wander around the city and get breakfast without dragging luggage. The suites were roomy and well appointed, clean, tastefully decorated, coffee, tea and water included in the kitchenette, good sized fridge, pots, pans, dishes, etc. We didn't cook in the suite, but you easily could have. In the bathroom, tub and shower combo, full size toiletries, mounted in holders in the shower, very convenient and eco friendly! Throughout the stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly, making dinner and activity recommendations, and arranging a taxi for the next leg of our travel. The free coffee in the lounge was a welcome bonus, it was a great spot to gather with our travel companions before heading out each day. All the staff were great, but Rachel was especially a delight, so helpful and generous. I highly recommend Fraser Suites. It was a great hotel in a perfect location in a very cool city - the perfect start to our Scotland adventure!

I can't think of anything negative. The hotel was truly a great place to stay.

Staff friendly and helpful from reception to house keeping. Comfy beds and lovely bedding. Robe and slippers provided which was so nice as only took hand luggage so after a long day sight seeing came back and relaxed in them. Great location to the center 10 min walk. Kitchenette was useful for us as four people in our apartment.

Minor but there was an extractor fan in the ceiling of the kitchen which couldn't be switched off? As we were pretty much in the roof could hear heating pumps etc which never went off? Not the hotels fault but tons of sea gulls screaming all night. My fault as I forgot ear plugs. Would stay again and be prepared.

Room was lovely. Location was good, a little walk from the centre, but definitely for the better as we were in a nicer area. As for the noise, we had the windows open all night and didn't hear a thing, well we certainly weren't disturbed. We were on the forth floor, which meant the windows were sky lights. The lack of natural light made it tricky to apply my make up and made the room quite hot. But fans and dehumidifiers were supplied in the room, therefor this had already been taken into consideration. Our room included use of a coffee machine supplied with pods, tea and coffee. Crisps, nuts, water and cans of pop. It was well equipped for all of our need. The toiletries supplied were gorgeous, quality products, no expense spared. Staff were fantastic. In particular, Rachael was lovely and went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after. I would absolutely recommend Fraser Suites. Our only regret is that we weren't in our room long enough to enjoy it.

I can honestly say, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

It really was a very reasonably priced stay. I was a bit concerned about street noise - BUT - the heavy glass windows and walls made that a non issue (I did have a cell phone white noise and fan going to be fair). It is a bit happening at the FS location. Several bars - and I say bars - not pubs. Don't get me wrong, plenty of good food (try the Metropolitan or the Brazilian place), but there were several places within a block designed to help people drink generously (not that there is anything wrong with that). The staff was friendly (the breakfast crew were exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable on the city). Parking at Q Space was right next door (although I really don't ever want to drive in the UK again - the trains are too easy).

Breakfast really did not have any hot food. But what they had was fine. They coffee machine was A+.

We wanted to stay somewhere centrally located in Glasgow and found this wonderful hotel steps away from all the best sites. They don't have nay parking but they do have an agreement with a parking garage located directly next door that we were able to get a discount at. I wasn't happy with the first room that the man at reception gave us and he immediately gave us a better room with a balcony that overlooked the city and had terrific views. The room that we had - the One Bedroom Executive Room ( $237) was huge - with a separate bedroom and seating area as well as a small kitchenette, which was stocked with free bottles of water, soda, juices, chips and cookies. The bed was huge and very comfy and the room was very dark at night. The bathroom was a little on the small side but had a nice big bathtub. Breakfast was in a small room and was strictly continental but still had lots to choose from. Located near so many pubs, restaurants and cafes - it was truly in a magnificent location. Highly Recommended!!!

The Air Conditioner was little noisy at night and there were some street sounds from noisy cars and loud revellers.

Comfortable accommodation in good location within Merchant City area of Glasgow. Plenty restaurants, cafes, bars within short walking distance.

Used to receive discounted parking at neighbouring Q park facility by being provided validation ticket at checkout. A very simple, efficient system. Now some complicated affair where you have to log parking in advance with P facility directly on line. Not so handy when you have already had to park in order to check into accommodation! Was told I could drive out parking facility, then log in on line and then drive back in again. Bonkers!

Location of the property was good. Easy walk to St. George's Square. Many restaurants close by. Large shopping area for toiletries, clothes, etc., also a short walk away. Rooms (apartments?) spacious and were well stocked. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was VERY helpful!

No A/C made for difficult sleeping. Couldn't keep windows open to cool off the bedrooms due to street noise at night. Fans were provided by front desk, but still very warm at night. We requested that the rooms be close together, yet we were separated by floors.
