Honestly so far from all the hotels I've stayed at the past few weeks and despite the little problems here and there - they were the absolute best. Very charming facility with an outside garden, most everyone I dealt with were above and beyond kind and friendly as I struggled with their accents which made way for some fun banter. It's a wonderful quiet area, but for me being somewhat disabled it's a longer trek into the city center which is fairly close by. I would most definitely stay here again and I tried but the dates where sold out....they are getting a thank you post card from me next month when I'm home...maybe by then their weather will have improved - hehehehehehehehehehee

Staff was accommodating , friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, nice decor, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. Convenient to transportation and pubs and restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is situated above the train station. And even though the hotel has put double windows, you can still hear them. The view was lovely though. And I'm sure if you stayed a week, you'd be used to the noise. You have to park a block away at a car park garage and it was £22 pounds for the two days. The garage seemed secure and safe though.

A friend and I were going to the Banksy exhibition so stayed for 1 night at the Leoardo Hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit. The twin room looked recently refurbished, it had very comfy beds, a huge shower and plenty of tea/coffee/milk and biscuits in the roomm. We used the ar on one evening, which was pleasant but we did not dine in the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Glasgow and I would highly recommend the Leonardo as it is very well situated.

There was nothing we didn't like, but the lighting in the room could be brighter, I find this a common fault with hotels. Over-all this hotel suited us well for what was a short visit.

Front desk staff were friendly and amazing. Great location. Shopping at LIDL, which was right across, was so convenient. Lots of restaurants around and close to bus and train stations.

Shower was lukewarm in with only hot water fully turned on. Fire alarm went off when I set the thermostat at 27 degrees C. I did not have the time to bring this up with the front desk which I am sure they would have handled, if I had. Taxi cabs, in front, won't take me to nearby places. I realized late that Uber was the best option.

Clean, modern and comfortable in an excellent location. I was through for a couple of gigs one within walking distance and the other easy to reach via public transport just outside the city so in terms of location it was absolutely perfect.

The air con in my room was a bit wonky which I mentioned to reception at check out. Ordinarily, probably wouldn’t have been an issue but in the current heat we’ve been having it wasn’t ideal. There is a night menu for room service which when I called to enquire about I was told before even saying what I’d like that they couldn’t help me as they didn’t have any cheese so I should either order food in to be delivered or buy from the shelves next to reception - it sounded a lot more like couldn’t be bothered than anything else.

I didn't catch his name but the fella on reception as we arrived was absolutely lovely. He booked my son and I a taxi in advance to get to Hampden as I wasn't sure how to get there. Very polite and friendly. Hotel was amazing , in brilliant location too. So comfy and clean

The only thing was we shared a room, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. There were no covers for the sofa bed. Unfortunately we didn't arrive back until 1am due to the unreal traffic etc. And I didn't want to bother anyone for a cover at that time. But I should have checked in advance to be fair as I know they would easily have sorted this. ( My son is 14 , didn't want to share a bed with his mum )

I haven’t been to the hotel since it became Leonardo so I was really pleasantly surprised to see the room (exec room) had all been really beautifully refurbished. it was spotlessly clean, stylish and modern - the bed was fantastically comfortable too! The new walk in shower was excellent and I loved the toiletries too. I found every single member of staff really friendly and professional - that’s a huge draw in itself if the atmosphere is warm and you feel instantly welcome. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice - I opted for room service and another morning down in the restaurant and was really pleased with the food.

there was nothing I disliked whatsoever. Not an issue for me but some may find the noise from the train tracks a negative - bring ear plugs! I don’t mind a bit of background noise so it wasn’t a problem.

nice room, lovely bathroom, comfy bed.

we had a double and single room booked, on arrival they put us on the 7th floor and said there was renovations happening on the 6th. we went to our room and immediately walked back and went back to reception to ask for a different floor as it sounded like the building work was happening in the room next door. we we’re then moved to the 10th floor. we could still hear the building works but it was far more bearable. room service didn’t attend until about 4/5pm, which was usually when we had come back to the hotel to get ready for evening after being out early. as a result we didn’t even get them to service it the 2nd night.

Room was immaculate breakfast 1st class location of hotel excellent for accessing city centre

Advised by email we would be informed when room ready attended hotel at 3.30 (room request was for 3) to ask and felt reception staff was a bit cheeky as I asked if room was ready as booked for 3 to b advised well it’s now 3.30! May have been humour but was a bit cheeky as I said I was waiting for email as stated. Lot of traffic/train noise from room noted secondary glazing but this didn’t close properly. Also work going on drilling etc next morning.

I was attending an energy conference at the SEC, great location for this, either a 25 minute walk along the river or a short train journey. The hotel is near the main station. Also a short walk into the centre of Glasgow for shops, bars and restaurants. Room was large and comfortable. We were on the 8th floor. Pretty quiet. Parking was available across the street in the Jamaica Q Car Park at a discounted rate, £22 for 2 days.

It was fine for my needs on this trip, so all good.
