All Staff were very helpful, friendly and cheery . I spoke to the ladies at Reception who were most helpful and informative. On check out the receptionist allowed me to leave a bag in a locked room so I did not have to carry it all day , and I was able to pick it up later. That was a very nice service they offered which I really appreciated. The lady at breakfast was extremely pleasant and looked after the guests very well. I felt so welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast choice and selection was really good. It made me feel that this was a hotel I would stay at again. Great central location. and comfortable standard hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you Dorata for that.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful organising an ironing board when requested, explaining about parking and offering information about the local area. The beds were very comfortable and the room and the room and bathroom both spotlessly clean. We had a Nespresso machine in the room and this was great for a 06:00hrs coffee before the local cafes etc got going. Location is superb for the Merchant Halls where we were attending a wedding.

The bathroom decor (tiling) was getting a little tired but it didn't detract from the stay as the bathroom itself was spotlessly clean. Otherwise, there was little to complain of.

Room was very clean. Location is nice and central & good that there is parking available. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of cereals, pastries, fruit etc plus the cooked breakfast.

The room was on the small side for 2 people with very little space around the bed. I stayed at this hotel last year & was given a much bigger room with a bed big enough for 3 people & had booked the same room type. The room was very warm & the windows can only open a fraction. First thing I did was make sure the heating was off and the window open as much as it could. It stayed that way for the 2 night duration but was still warmer than I would have liked.

Good location, very convenient for the city centre and transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Stacey in the restaurant. Nice and quiet at night-time.

A bit disappointed by the lack of storage space in the room - only hanging facilities, no drawers/cupboards. Seemed to be supply problems in the restaurant at breakfast time - something or other unavailable each day.

The romantic surprise on our bedroom and at dinner (thank you Thomas, you were brilliant), making an anniversary ocasion even more special. Really appreciated it and thanks to all the staff!!

We had some trouble trying to pay for the parking on the street and didn't get much help. Additionally, that street would be closed the next day, due to a local event, making it very stressful to us trying to find out bu ourselves how to move the car to go the airport in time. It would be great if we had an heads up from the staff to whom we asked about the parking... But that's a detail. Everything else was ok.

All the staff were amazing and friendly, from Nick the manager and the girls at reception that checked me in, I can't remember there names I feel bad. Jack that helped me stay in my same room was very pleasant also as I booked another night it was that good. Gary at breakfast was so great as was the breakfast. Stacey helped me get my coffee in the morning. I even had a chuckle with Laci in the lift also. The place is fab. The mural of Glasgow on the wall adds a great touch also. I also wish to thank the girls in housekeeping also. I didn't catch there names. Thank you all.

Only thing I could say that I didn't like was the right hand side bed side light made a noise when turned on.

Great location to Merchant city and to Glasgow city centre itself giving you full access to everything by foot. Clean, warm hotel with decent shower and staff were exceptionally helpful. There is a car park onsite to the rear.

We called to ask about car parking and the lady at reception gave us the post code to get there but did not advise us that there was a cost for using it. However the next day they sorted out the mistake by giving us free parking which I thought was nice. The car park is close and I'd recommend it.

I liked that there was nothing to feel negative about. Staff are great (friendly and helpful), facilities, comfort, cleanliness all as one would hope. Really good breakfast choice and quality.

Nothing, other than perhaps that one has to ask for ironing facilities which is tedious i.e rather than these being in the room which one does find in some hotels occasionally. Not a criticism; just a thought.

WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR ONE NIGHT BUT MY WIFE AND I WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY FROM THE BOOKING IN ALL YOUR STAFF WERE BRILLIANT. WE HAD A LOVELY MEAL IN YOUR HOTEL AND ALSO ENJOYED OUR SMASHING BREAKFAST THE DAY WE WERE BOOKING OUT. WE ARE IN OUR 70S AND WE HAVE STAYED AT HUNDREDS OF HOTELS OVER THE YEARS BUT YOUR HOTEL STAY WAS BY FAR THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. JOHN & LINDA JENKINS. PLEASE PASS OUR THANKS TO ALL OF YOUR STAFF.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent , as was the location. Hoping to come back soon. Have been looking out for some of your weekend deals. Have had several of them and they are very good value.

Can't think of anything that we were not happy with. Beds were large and comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. To be in town centre, there wasn't a lot of noise to be heard in room. Will definitely be back.
