Very central perfect if u wanna visit theatres, comedy, bars, parks, use the bus to the airport. I had a room to an inner courtyard not directly to the street, it was very quiet i could not hear a sound . The stuff is very friendly and helpful My room and bathroom were very good equiped and always impecable clean I will definitely come again and book without breakfast

The breakfast is not like in the pics, in 6 days there was only toast and no other bread, typical scottish breakfast was there as advertised but for the continental.part there was 1 small plate of some cheese slices and 1 small.plate of salami and joghurt, i missed vegetables or salad and fruit in the middle of the summer...there were some little apples and green bananas and the fruit salad tasted always old

Very conveniently located within walking distance of both train stations. Room was modern and the hotel was very clean and updated. The room was cozy for 3 of us, but we had prepared ourselves for the anticipated difference from North American hotels. We stayed in a Deluxe Double & Single with 2 adults and a teenager. It was nice to have the small table & 2 chairs as well as the beds.

There was very little space in the room to store our luggage, and with 3 people there was a fair amount of luggage. There’s not much that could be done, the rooms are just not that big, but a luggage rack or two would definitely help.

Great location and within walking distance of Argyl st etc etc Also good at night as it's definitely a little quiter on this st We were down to see Peat & Diesel in the Barras Liked the online check in and check out options staff were polite well presented and attentive we enjoyed the bar area and had a drink before checking in room service was also good if you chose to use it Breakfast was excellent a good but smaller selection of quality foods

The bed was very soft some may like this it was too soft for us! and whilst the room was clean, well laid out it was a little smaller than I expected

Location was perfect, a lot to do and see in a very short walk, and anything else is reachable with public transportation nearby. I also liked the ability to check-in and out with self service, thus skipping the waiting line in the front desk in both cases.

The room was expensive compared to its size and facilities. In many hotels I've been this is just a plain standard room, but in this hotel it's considered "Executive King Room" (whatever that means), and obviously not the cheapest option, but I would expect at least a bigger room, and hopefully more appliances like a small fridge and bigger closets. Again the room was great and clean just too expensive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and we were allowed to check-in early. Room size was ok. Breakfast buffet was good with option of gluten-free bread. Location is great. In a very safe area, with Cinema and a theatre and many restaurants just at the corner. Also it is 5 minutes walk from almost main streets.

No refrigerator in the room. It is also good to have bottle of water in the room. The TV side was ok. But a smart TV feature would be an add on. Not enough drawers in the room to store your clothes. All over the hotel is good, quiet.

Proximity to everything 5*

 After an evening out at the theatre with friends. We returned back to the hotel at 11:30 pm. We decided to have a nightcap in the hotel bar that we being residence.  We asked for around of cocktails that required coffee in. To be told by the bar person that the machine had been turned off for the night we settled for a beer to be also told it was one drink at the bar is closing at 12 o’clock midnight .  unfortunately we never got to sample the Scottish hospitality in the bar area we thought they would be. One very small gripe. A little more attention to detail in Cleaning in the bathroom. The toilet seat was quite stained yellow underneath.

Fairly quiet, blackout curtains and privacy nets, nice size room, bed comfortable, room service, good food. Room was clean, large decent, shower, Nice size tv.

Only minor gripes, Though not used much the tv guide didn't show any program information and the channels felt limited, couldn't find a way to turn subtitles on, all menu options disabled. Cleaning between the buttons of the remotes always seems to be very hit and miss in most hotels we have stayed in. Lighting not dimmable, though you can rotate them away from you, I felt the bed side lights were just a little too bright.

Really clean and comfortable. Great location. Although the hotel was busy it was still quiet in the room. Fantastic selection at breakfast and nice food in the restaurant. Reception staff and bar staff were really friendly. I bumped into the cleaner in the bar toilets and she was wonderful, doing a fabulous job, and was so friendly.

The only thing was breakfast time was really disorganised. Tables weren’t cleared of dirty plates and cutlery yet there were at least 3 staff members around, slowly going around. Cutlery ran out and staff didn’t seem to notice. People were asking for it all the time but staff seemed slow to fix it. It was a real shame because it didn’t fit with the great hotel experience.

The location of the hotel is very nice, very close to centre, bus station, train station. Room was big, bright, sockets near beds, air con, big bathroom, good shower pressure and temperature. You can leave your luggage with them; there is a nice bar area downstairs (with toilets) where you can have a drink/food/sockets while you wait for things. Staff was very nice.

The room is big but the only place for suitcases is on the hallway/pathways so it's always in your way. The bathroom could use a stronger fan. A mini bar/fridge and more tea/coffee choices would be nice.

Location was really good less than 5 mins walk from Buchanan St Bus station. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Hotel staff really friendly especially Gemma on reception and Melisa on Breakfasts. Only had breakfast which was buffet really good and always topped up. Cinema and theatres across the road. Very comfortable bed, good shower, large TV and tea/coffee making.
