Plentiful car parking! The waterfall shower is fantastic, as are the numerous amenities. I found the basic kitchen appliances like the fridge with the freezer compartment and microwave very handy. The TV in the room had access to iPlayer, ITVx, and Netflix ( your own user name and password required) are a big bonus. Finally, the bed was really comfortable.

I struggled with the door locks, which operates via an app. A lovely gentleman who I met outside offered to get me a keycard if I needed it. So if you don't like tech, then perhaps ask for a card in advance and arrange to collect it on the day. The app worked in the end.

This is a studio apartment with modern kitchenette, comfortable double bed and excellent stylish bathroom. Very clean. Not sure when it opened but I may have been one of the first guests.

The app for keyless entry didn't work. Luckily a member of staff was nearby (usually you wouldn't see the staff and you wouldn't know where to go). A phone number was provided on email but luckily wasn't needed on this occasion. I was provided with a card to enter. Windows were left wide open on the ground floor so I was concerned with security, Windows were stiff / difficult to close. The area around the apartments needs to be smartened up with plants etc - hopefully this is a work in progress.

It was very clean and welcoming. All of the furniture and utensils were clearly brand new. The water pressure in the bathroom was also great, truly a pleasure to use the facilities. In the afternoon it was very relaxing to rest in the room.

At first dealing with the key app was rather confusing as the instructions given were only applicable for an IPhone and it is quite different for an Android, so in order to reduce unnecessary pre-check in stress it would be great if more updated information is given. Another thing is that there is a lot of street noice at night, as the apartment we stayed in was facing the street, so if the window was open (which it was at first as it was very hot) we could hear all the bypassing pedestrians (which there were a lot) and all the cars.

comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities(with instant coffee).Netflix on TV. Bathroom was clean and comfortable to use. Hot water.we were able to turn down all the different temperature settings from 26°C to 20 and still left the window open(our window was to the back of the building so we didn't have issue with the noise from the street).

There is no mention of the deposit and the Bluetooth key system in the description. It would have been nice to see info about the £100deposit and also about the access key. There was no hanger in the wardrobe so we couldn't use it at all and had to keep our clothes in the luggage. our access code stopped working at 9.45 when we returned from our breakfast to finish packing and moving out from the room.I had to call the number and get the code reactivated.

Well thought out practical room. Lovely decor. Clean and comfortable. Ample parking spaces. There key is an app on your phone easy to do just download the app wait for an email for verification code and away you go just make sure your phone doesn't go flat!! Close to city centre took us a steady 20 minutes walk. Bus stop near by 5 minutes in a taxi. The apartment met our needs. There was an issue with the heating which was sorted immediately with one phone call. Would happily use again.

The room was smaller than expected but guess that more about clever photography but it was well designed. Could do with a few crockery items such as a microwavable dish etc....but really overall all worked well.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable and very modern. There is a shop and restaurants near by so in case you need anything you can reach it within a few minutes. However the location is very far away from the city centre

There is a security deposit that is quite a lot of money and can reach from 100-200£. This is was not stated at the description and it did took them more then a week to give me back my deposit. I think it should state more clear in a description about the security deposit. Also the check in and check out process was very complicated as it’s all digital and if you won’t have internet there is no way in

I saw the pictures before arriving and thought it was too good to be true from the images. But when I arrived the place exceeded my expectations. The deco is very unique and lovely and it was also very easy to get into the property. This was through an app which I downloaded. The staff were also very friendly and explained everything in detail before arrival. I also like the fact that there was parking.

Sheets weren’t ironed, not enough tea/coffee. Deposit is extortionate £200?! It still hasn’t come back into my account!

The specification and styling of the apartments is good Wifi is good and the apartment was very clean. On arrival I was a little confused but a very helpful guy that was working on the site showed me how to use the app to gain access. It was a very cold day and the underfloor heating was welcome. Everything was very clean. The Smart TV was a nice touch. Shower was great. Other guests were very considerate and not rowdy. I could hear doors closing from time to time but generally a peaceful stay.

The site was still being developed so the car park and the areas around the apartments were not surfaced when I visited also quite a big step up to my block. The size of the room I stayed in was fairly compact so not a large apartment and it lacked soft chairs or a sofa but no big deal for me as I was only there for a night and the price was very good. Entry is via an app that you download to your phone which in the end worked flawlessly once someone on site had showed me how it worked. I was travelling for work and the working options were a hard chair and small table, but this would be fine if I had not needed to do admin, probably not ideal if you need to do office work.

The apartment was clean and cosy. The bathroom and kitchen areas were tidy and functional. To enter the building/room, we were asked to download an app and use a virtual key. Although it is not central, you can quickly get there by bus (or if you are like us and don't mind walking, it will take you approximately 30 minutes from the railway station).

Our apartment was on the ground floor in what seemed to be a busy (and slightly noisy) street. It was a bit warm inside, so we had to keep the windows open while we were there. However, we didn't know how safe it was to keep them open at night.
