Notified host on arrival and we were met at the location to be given keys and given tour of the property. Plenty of hints and tips on what we could do for the short stay, taxis, buses and sights to see. Kitchen was more than adequate for us and I’m sure a larger family. Water was hot for showers and heating ideal for autumn and I am sure even into winter. location is about 10 minutes from centre and most attractions. There’s a leisure centre nearbye (I think inc pool). Valuecab are great and you can check where driver is on app. There is a bus stop not far away that we managed to use from the centre Google search prompted accurately which route! Happy to recommend if you want your own space and are happy to be on the outskirts, it was quiet at night! Host Andy was excellent to communicate with so I am sure he will answer any questions and deal with any possible issues. House was clean and presentable.

The property more than met our expectations .so it’s hard to criticise. Several shops nearby but hill is a little steep so check if you have mobility issues and aren’t just getting dropped off or picked up.

Great wee house for a few days in Belfast. Clean and modern. Really well equipped kitchen. Large garden which qould be great in the summer. Nice wee welcome pack. Location was handy to the city center.

There was a driveway but it is very narrow and would have been a very tight squeeze for our family car- parking on the street doesn't seem to be to be problem. But worth being aware of this if you would prefer off street parking. Perhaps a smaller and more stable table qould be better in the kitchen

- It was noted by other family members that the beds could be better. My mum suffers from back pain said that it aggravated her back and hips sleeping on the bed.

The host had thought of everything with this property, from the design of the whole place to the smaller touches like a heatproof mat for straighteners. It was pleasantly clean, and the host was available to answer any questions we had. It did exactly the job we required and close enough to the city centre.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

This house really was a home from home! gorgeous kitchen & garden and everything you could ever want is catered for. Our host was very accommodating and we will find it hard to stay anywhere else now when we go back to Belfast

only two things, the red sign light in the living room was very off putting and the big hill the house is on! Nothing you can do about the hill but wouldn’t recommend it to those that have issues walking unless you use taxis or hire a car

property was super clean and all bedding etc was great. welcome pack for us on arrival. the owner went above and beyond for us to supply extra bed.

living room was smaller than anticipated after seeing pics but was adequate. small gripe but rest of property was great

Fantastic accommodation - very comfortable, modern design in each room including kitchen appliances. Very thoughtful touches - goodies on arrival. Excellent communication highly recommended. We would definitely return and recommend yo others, above and beyond expectations. Thank you.

Check in was smooth, house was spotless, great location, house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, the host was incredibly helpful and kind! Amazing experience had by all.

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing from the beginning the host Andrew was amazing, the house was spotless, had everything you would need, the location was brilliant as it was like 15 mins from the city centre driving, I would absolutely love too stay here again 😊

The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It's compact but has everything you need.

There is off-street parking available but it's very tight, although we have a large family car which didn't help. The parking on the street outside the house was perfect and was always available so didn't need the driveway parking anyway.
