Really cool room and a huge bathroom. Fun colors, furnishings, light fixtures...
There is no staff on site. Everything is self-service. You check yourself in. You make your own breakfast, which was a little awkward. The selection was limited. I never did find the eggs.

A lovely room, beautifully decorated! The bed was really comfortable. Excellent shower with instant hot water! The instructions on how to access the property and your room were very easy to follow. The location was great too with some very good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It was about a 25 minute stroll to the City Hall, alternatively you could take a bus or an Uber.
There was only instant coffee in the breakfast room! We would have been happy to pay extra for some coffee pods. Luckily the cafe across the street did very good coffee! The car parking charge seemed like just an extra way of screwing some extra money out of you! There was one numbered space per room at the side of the property, which didn't have any security gates or suchlike! There was no additional cost to the proprietors for a guest to park there!

The whole decor of the Warren is lovely, individual and very attractive. The self check in system, and left luggage arrangements are really excellent and easy to use. The breakfast room/kitchen is well stocked and a nice space, and the self serve breakfast is a brilliant concept. The contact person was really responsive and helpful. The bed was supercomfortable! And the location is fabulous, especially if you are visiting the University.
The room had been described as a deluxe double room so I was surprised at the lack of space, for the price - although the bed was very comfortable and a good size, the space around it was rather cramped. The hotel describes itself as having good views and I was looking forward to that, but outside of our window we could basically see pavement and street - with a tiny bit of a hill between buildings in the distance. Compared with the prices for more spacious rooms, I would have expected to pay less. Haviing said that, there was lots to like - see above.

I really like The Warren hotel. It is reasonably priced, a pretty boutique hotel, a home from home and it is located near the city centre. Free parking nearby. Mainly Camden Street. 1 minute from hotel. The room had many windows which brought good light and fresh air into the room. Many restaurants, bars and hotels around this area including fast food eateries such as KFC, Dominos (on the corner of hotel and Chinese, Firestone restaurant and more.Breakfast comes with booking although it is self service and includes cereals, juices, yogurt, breads and preserves.
The last time I stayed in the Warren, I could not fault it, this time however, the room was quite dusty, didn't match the exact room chosen but in their defence it was a lovely room nonetheless.

Had a lovely stay at the Warren Belfast. Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful interior for the price of room, room was basic but very clean. The location was central to pubs and restaurants. I would most definitely stay there again.
The only snags with the stay was the code for getting in and out of the building, a bit tricky in the dark or if you left your phone in the room. The bed was extremely soft and the pillows were not the best and a little noisy outside. However the comfort is a personal thing and you come to expect noise due to the location. I wouldn’t let either put me off tbh. But I know this can be an issue for some people. I stayed on a Tuesday night so I cannot comment as to what it would be like at weekends.

It was easy to park when you get there, very easy check in. Make sure you have the code for the main door at all times! The decor was wonderful! Bed was completely comfortable, it had AC, good pillows. There was a free washer/dryer downstairs near the breakfast area. Breakfast was self serve and was a great selection Toast, porridge, jam, cereal, juices, coffee- it was a nice selection.
Bathroom was very small! I'm 5'2 height and the shower was a little too tight for my comfort. The tea kettle was definitely in a bad spot and I had to fill the kettle using the small tea cups.

Was a lovely size room, nice en suite and a comfortable double bed. Kitchen was nice and had everything you would need. Right by the city centre so walking distance from most things. Overall was a great stay and a lovely hotel. I expected it to be noiser with it being close to the city centre and a railway track but honestly there wasn't that much noise like some of the reviews say. Would recommend a stay here. Thank you.
There were blue bottles coming in from somewhere. My partner killed about 8 and 1 flew out. Don't know what the root of the problem was as no one else seemed to have the issue. We never had the window open because of it. Room was a little dusty but apart from that couldn't fault it.

The communication in advance was excellent. The parking lot directly next to the hotel has to be booked in advance as well and the hotel itself is accessed via keycode at the door and safe for your room key, which was already communicated prior to our arrival. The interior of the hotel and the rooms is great and we had a nice stay. The breakfast was self service in a separate breakfast room, where you could even get porridge, fresh fruits, cereals and different kinds of toast. Since a kitchen is there as well you could even make yourself some eggs. The location itself is great for exploring Belfast as it is located between the university (a must see!) and the city center (20 minutes walking distance).

Oh, it's sooo adorable! Can't describe how amazing it was! We had a room #1 - it's very spacious, cozy, clean, we really couldn't expect more. The room has a lot of very pleasant details like many clocks, different decoration stuff. It was also very clean and warm - the staff warmed it up for us so that when we came from a rainy weather we got into a very warm room, which we are grateful for. Selection for breakfast was ok - bananas, oranges, toasts, spread, yoghurt, cereals...
The bathroom was very cold and we couldn't find out how to turn on heating there. That's not what we "didn't like", it's just a small thing that didn't bother us too much but could be better.

Location was good being very close to some nightlife, bars and museums. Room was very compact especially the bathroom facilities but had everything required for a short stay. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.
While the location was good for some things, it was also between the confluence of two very busy roads and right over a railway track so that noise was definitely an issue. There was no lift so if you were on the top floor there were a fair amount of stairs to cop with. Parking was one quite neat space per room at the side of the building and it cost an extra £8 per night.
