Great location, great room/kitchen, great amenities, very nice and helpful staff. Everything was really clean and loved the couch and table/chairs in the room in addition to the bed. Nice large tv as well. Overall really great and would return!
The laundry room is shared and was a bit chaotic (get your own detergent or they will charge your room for using theirs) and a far walk from my room, but was glad it was there. In room laundry would've been perfect. The wifi was fine but couldn't get a video call for work to happen which was disappointing since I needed to work while traveling.

The staff is very pleasant and professional. 24hr open reception was extra helpful for us as we arrived quite late, plus effortless and swift check-in. The room was quite clean, great sleep experience (comfy mattress & quiet room), loved having a kitchenette with a small dishwasher! We also had access to free washers/dryers which was great for us carry-on-only travelers ;). Great place overall, liked the location was near the city center. Would definitely repeat if we ever visit Belfast again!
The bathroom was spacious but I would've liked some counter space instead of a pedestal sink. The shower was also very small but I guess that is quite normal for European standards.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking breakfast in The room had everything you needed and they are big rooms with a table and chairs too so you can eat at a table which is great 👍 very quiet considering there was building work next door
Small things really... there were 2 locks on our room door. The top safety latch had broken off, and the bottom lock by the handle didn't turn, so safety was a little concern the glasses were very small so it was like drinking water from a shot glass.

very well located and clean with good facilities in the room for cooking meals etc.
No facilities at front desk for general information. The view from the landing outside our room was onto a very untidy yard where rats were observed running about. Although not part of the hotel I would suggest making the windows frosted glass to obscure. one of the blinds in our room was missing allowing light to come through in the morning. Hair dryer socket not close enough to mirror to be of use. bit worried that the toaster was positioned under a cupboard. possibility that if bread caught fire it could spread to cupboard. (someone did set off the building fire alarm due to burning toast)

The size of the room was super. Very spacious and no bumping into your partner which can happen with the normal hotel rooms you would usually stay in. Location is 2nd to none, right in the middle of everything. 2 Shopping centres 6 minutes a walk. Restaurants, shops and plenty of pubs only minutes away in all directions. Girl on reception when we checked in (forget her name) was very friendly and helpful right from the off.
The only snag I would have and its nothing major is the heat from the air con took a while to get going when needed but as I said, its nothing major and worked after a while

We loved everything about the Flint! Great location, great accommodations, fantastic staff! The young woman who checked us in on Friday evening (August 25th) was wonderful and the young man who checked us out (August 28th) was extremely helpful. We had difficulties arranging transportation to Dublin and he went out of his way to assist us in finding a ride. Thank so much to them both and to the Flint. We will definitely be back.
The scaffolding in front of the building but we understand there are improvements being done to the building and an expansion planned. Excellent!

As soon as you walk into the hotel, there is a calm energy in the place. The building is beautiful, the layout of the room is great, the shower is wonderful. The rooms are relatively quiet too considering the central location of the place.
The curtains didn't cover the entire window, which was annoying since my room faced out onto the main road. Also housekeeping threw away the bar of soap I was using and didn't bother to replace with a new one, also didn't replenish the tea bags, coffee, etc for my second day. I rang reception to ask for more but no one answered. These are just small things however and don't outweigh the pros of the place in my opinion.

Great customer service, probably dealt with 3/4 members of staff and all were lovely and helpful. Cleanliness was spot on, room was great and spacious, kitchen was very useful. Location is unbeatable, arguably best place to stay in the city.
The view was poor, although not a complaint as we opted for the restricted view room. Room was not serviced on the second day of our stay, but again being very picky at this. Only genuine complaint I can think of is that we could have done with more than 4 coat hangers!

location, staff, room, cleanliness, complementary milk bottle was in the fridge, every day room cleaning, towels changing, smooth check in, lift facility (room was on 3rd floor).
kitchen should have scissors, hand gloves for cleaning utensils, apron. there should be bin in living room. bathroom bin was too small(could not fit my sanitary pad !!). housekeeping (for some reason ) did not give enough shower gel, gave too many conditioners!! the carpet near sofa was torn/folded(I stumbled upon that few times). strains on sofa .

Our apartment was super clean and everything looked new. Excellent quality cookware, crockery and tableware. Soundproofing was great, we didn't hear anything from neighbouring apartments nor from the street. The guy on Reception when we arrived was really friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, a short walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Wetherspoons, The Bridge House, is only 5 mins walk and the Monday Club reduces their cheap prices even further (a fiver for a pint and a pink gin with mixer). Would most definitely stay here again, great facilities for the price.
Guy on Reception when we were leaving was really unfriendly and uninterested in us (in contrast to the guy we met on our first day). In a perfect world there would have been a car park but the closest is only across the road, four mins away. There was nothing else we didn't like and will be returning.
