it was very modern , very clean and the receptionist we got on arrival was just lovely and very welcoming

the fire alarms went off twice in the night , one at 00.43 and the other at 06.20, which forced us to evacuate our room , with two young children with us it was a scary experience for them, as well as other children staying there that we witnessed, false alarms but still very unnerving, no apology at the time , just told it was false alarm and to go back to our rooms.

Travelled with my son to see the W5 kids science exhibition. Hotel was excellent value and we avoided hotels in the city centre due to previous noise issues. Our stay here was so chilled and perfect for families. We had dinner in the restaurant and I've got to say everything we ate was amazing.

Like most hotels they don't give much information on parking or nearby carparks. We ended up parking almost a mile away only to realise there were several closer options. Arranging down for breakfast at 9am we found most of the hot food containers were empty and like several other people we had to ask for them to be refilled. The quality of the food was so so, sausages etc were very low quality and the liquid bag scrambled egg would have been better left off the menu. Both coffee machines were out of order as grounds were not emptied. Dinner was amazing but I wouldn't pay for breakfast again

The reception staff were attentive and lovely. The rooms were large enough and comfortable and the location was a short walk into the city centre.

No towel rail in the bathroom which meant that towels were left wet as there was nowhere to dry or were replaced daily which is a waste of resources. No available cutlery in breakfast room to use if you had a cooked breakfast but then wanted to butter some toast etc. Waiting staff in the morning were friendly but the evening staff were slower and we felt less attentive. Would be helpful for a big hotel to have luggage scales available as I have stopped in lesser starred hotels that have this facility.

Really nice restaurant had dinner and drinks on the first night and breakfast the next morning (wasn’t as great as dinner) and also lunch which was exceptional we dined outside in the lovely seating area ! The bar staff were lovely and welcoming on our second night we had a drink outside which was beautiful the view was beautiful! It was local enough to the bars and nightlife which was ideal but wasn’t so close that it would cause any disruption to sleep etc titanic experience Is only a short distance away along with the other amenities such as bowling cinema etc really ideal location !

Upon first arriving at the hotel I had very high hopes however they were quickly thrown off when I got to the room to see there was some stains on our sheets , personally I understand the stress hospitality staff can be under and although there were stains I didn’t question whether they had been washed as they were otherwise fresh so never complained etc simple mistake however to a not so understanding guest could cause for a bit more stir ! The staff changed them on our second day so we were happy enough !

The property was absolutely amazing, especially Alannah on the front desk - she was really helpful and I think that you should pass on my sincere thanks personally to her, as her complimentary breakfasts and exceptional customer service really helped me get over a really stressful week getting my alternative accommodation sorted with booking.com after our original GREEDY host cancelled our booking. Honestly please let her know how extremely grateful we are for her hospitality

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the property- just the circumstances around us having to find alternative accommodation - the price was also very expensive and only it was covered by booking.com I would not book at £349 per room per night

Great location. Easy access into the city centre, public transport and all the major sights including the titanic museum. The hotel's slightly later checkout time worked out great for me. I appreciated the extra room perks e.g. Ironing board, iron and the bathroom toiletries. Bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was much appreciated.

Although the door can't be opened without a key card, it did have a lock. In my case the lock was broken and I couldn't use it. I did check with the staff that no one could get in without a key but as a solo traveller I think that's something they should have fixed. Not a criticism because I recognise that the hotel is trying to be eco friendly, but I think slippers would have been nice. It's a hardwood floor which gets dusty no matter how many times you clean it. The doors are very heavy and if you're a light sleeper, the doors shutting through the night will disturb you. However, these things didn't ruin my stay. It was lovely to come back after a long day to a clean comfy hotel room, and a hot shower. I would definitely stay there again.

spacious, modern, great location, carpark across the road, spotless, lovely staff , room was beautiful to come into after a long day of travelling. flat screen tv, comfy bed, modern rain shower. quick room service. what more could you want. I left items behind and Aimee was so quick to resolve the issue and my belongings were found and very professional, trustworthy professional staff. this was my third trip to Belfast the first 2 hotels I stayed in were awful. I’ve finally found a hotel that ticks all the boxes. will be recommending to my colleagues. thanks so much. highly recommend for business travel, families and couples. 10/10.

mirror above kettle station would have been great but didn’t affect my stay.

Room was fab, view was lovely of the river, the bed was very comfortable and room very clear and quite.

The breakfast hot food was poor, no clear label on what in what container, and some very over cooked and most where almost empty. Not a huge choice for fresh food or fresh breads. The bar area very cold, not inviting at all, I had to ask for the door to be closed. It took forever to get one drink. My order was taken but they then served someone else before me, I had to ask a second time!!. no apology for delay. Not enough toilet role in the room toilet.

Chaos at breakfast. No orange or bacon shortage of cups/ breakfast bowls had to use paper cups. The girl replenishing the cooked breakfast had long hair not tied up or back, kept throwing it back with her hands.

Have stayed here before, booked by my employer, and was glad to have the chance to return on a leisure visit. Location is close to everything but far enough out of the way to be quieter than elsewhere in the city centre.

Am currently heavily pregnant and the narrow entrance to the shower meant I was unable to fit through it with my bump! Had previously been in rooms that all had walk-in showers so this was not an anticipated issue. Bed in the room was supposed to be a double; instead we had 2 singles pushed together that were not very comfortable (certainly compared to my previous stays)
