The location is great! Close to the city centre but not right in the middle. The staff were so helpful and kind. When we got there, there was a slight delay with our room key setup due to an IT issue which we didn't mind at all! We were very kindly given a drink voucher for both of us so we could have a drink while we waited, which was a lovely gesture! The rooms were really nice and so clean! Grabbed dinner in the restaurant which was very nice, really high quality and a very generous portion!

The breakfast was very poor, which I'm surprised at because I have been to other radisson family hotels with a much better quality breakfast. I do recommend staying here, but I wouldn't include breakfast on your stay. If you're staying here, head into town early and grab breakfast in a local cafe

Room was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice - big tub! You had your own parking behind the hotel and it felt safe during the day. You're close enough for walking distance to a few cafes in the morning.

The space felt awkward in the room and the room in general was a little outdated when it came to the floor and walls. It felt like they had torn everything out of the room, then put in new things but none of it fits the pace well. Lots of weird filler space. Also had a weird moment of seeing seagulls eat a rat outside our window...lol Our main hiccup was with the dining area at dinner - our waiter was a little slow and kept on forgetting about us. But overall it worked well for a one night stay while waiting for our flight the next day.

The location was ideal and easy to get to.

Was surprised that the room I booked" superior " was far from superior for this price. There was a " Business Class" sign on the door!! It was a big room but a bed had been taken out which made the room seem makeshift and empty! I had the room on 4th floor just over the entrance of the hotel so I heard every arrival and departure. The other side of the hotel looked over a park..so very quiet. I didn't get the impression that the hotel was full! Bathroom was clean but in need of renovation. For this chain of hotel and for the price I paid I was expecting a lot more..

Great location, very comfortable room and great service from receptionist. Very welcoming staff in breakfast room and a superb choice of a very tasty breakfast.

The first room we were given was not quite what we'd expected. Very shabby, grubby marks on walls, tierd decor, quilt on bed was lumpy and had seen better days, in general room and bathroom was dusty and unclean. I called down to the reception to ask if there was another room we could have. The receptionist checked and said there was a suite, which was available and was a total contrast, clean and very comfortable. Receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful on duty in the evening as was Receptionist on in the morning.

It was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were enough staff around and on duty. The breakfast was good and tasty. Nice and quiet location.

Their was no public transport outside the premises, or that close by. The dinner menu was quite limited. Our room could do with a lick of paint. As there were a lot if marks on walls. The sink stopper wasn't working. No services like a massage or spa . No info in room about hotel, as there were no services available I suppose, but nothing about Belfast or surrounding area. Not even a pen or sheet of paper.

nice location, pleasant view . good public spaces . breakfast was good and liked the water/ fruit in reception - a nice touch . staff were knowledgeable

we had a guest who couldn’t walk too far so had to use taxis quite a bit, but that was our choice and the places we wanted to go were quite spread out anyway . What did annoy me was checking in , I had booked the rooms so the hotel had my information, however I wasn’t paying for the rooms and policy wouldn’t allow me to provide my card details as security to check into my room ( other guests were arriving later) I had been up since 3am and had to wait in the foyer for 2 hours . i have never experienced this before - payment being take in advance , not on departure .

We had a bitter sweet experience at the radiation Blu Belfast - we arrived late (10pm) on a Friday evening to be allocated our room which was cold, an uncomfortable bed and in parts a bit grubby. We were disappointed as this was a birthday trip for my fiancé, not to mention the cost of the 3 nights. However, we couldn’t be more grateful for how the staff dealt with our disappointed. We explained our upset to the lovely lady on reception who apologised profusely and immediately upgraded us to a lovely room (suite 7) - it was luxury, comfortable and an expected level of value for money. It made our stay in Belfast extra special.

The room was larger than an apartment with full-length windows overlooking the lake outside. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of quality food for vegetarians and vegans. The location was close to everything we needed. The staff were very professional and personable. The entire hotel was very clean throughout.

It would have been nice to have a mini bar in the room. Although the room was huge, it could do with updating as it all feels a little bit 90s, complete with a phone in the toilet! There was some mould and no radiator in the bathroom. There is inconsistent lighting in the room too so some areas are very dark with no spotlights.

The Hotel was great ,Helpfull staff and very clean .we had an executive Room on the 5th floor and it was massive with a nice view and a massive bed .The bathrooms were lovely and we had plenty power sockets . The Downstirs reception and the bars were all very clean with plenty off seating available and the bar was expensive but nice all the same .

Now if you go here get the breakfast plenty to choose from and great set up.But do not dine here at night the actual service of the cooking was abysmal absolutely shocking we waited nearly an hour for 2 mains and we were not alone .People beside us waited nearly and hour for a pizza an hour . There were 3 chefs on and ir was terrible easily the worse experience in a hotel restaurant we have ever had .However when the food came IT WAS NOT WORTH THE WAIT .call a Dominoes . We complained and were given a 15% discount and not charged for our coffeea which was fair enough.
