- Good location - Basement parking - Very pleasant reception staff - I asked to change the room due to the unpleasant smell (probably from other people’s cooking as it was adjoining room that i didn’t like), and was done right away which I really appreciate - Nice design of rooms - Spacious room - Great value for money

- Hygiene could be better. Floor of the room wasn’t properly cleaned and you could see some crumbs and stuff at corners meaning it wasn’t done with much care - There’s a smell in corridors coming from people cooking (I assume?). Not sure if this can be solved or not though.

I liked the facilities especially the rooftop pool. The appliances in the rooms were in a good condition. Reception staff was helpful and provided good tips on dining locations in the area. Under normal circumstance the hotel is very good value for money and there are a lot of budget friendly places in the are both for groceries and eating out

The furniture was a bit old but overall in a good condition. Curtains and Drapes might need a bit of a glow up because you can see the years in them. Prices were extremely high during race week - I paid 300% the normal price for the 4 nights prior during and immediately after the F1 race weekend while the rest of my stay was charged ar the normal rate.

-We stayed about a week in this hotel, good size studio with plenty of space, kitchen+washing machine +oven. -Front desk staff are very kind and polite, and they tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as it possibly could be that we appreciated. -Bed, pillows and blankets are comfortable. -Close to Abu Dhabi central bus station, there are two grocery stores, COSCO & Lulu, nearby within 5mins walk, and some restaurants and small eateries around.

-Kitchen has barely minimum cooking items, and plates/cups/glasses & utensils are only for two people. -it's clean but overall facilities of the hotel are quite old and need some upgrades. -Not much view from the hotel windows and not much to do around the hotel either.

The stay was more than value for money, it actually overcome the expectations. The beds were comfy, room service excellent. The pool was absolutely amazing, I could enjoy a morning swim plus an evening whirpool. Pool towels are provided. AC was not needed, we even turned it off. I must appreciate friendly and helpful staff, we were even allowed a later check-out by one hour. Two supermarkets in the close proximity - Lulu and Cosco. If you cross the main road, you will see a different face of AD - Indian or Pakistani restaurants serving delicious food for reasonable price.

The kitchen equipment was just basic, there was just one tea spoon and two glasses. Also a kitchen towel would be nice.

To start with is Ranjeet, the guy at the reception. When I reached the hotel, I left my phone in the taxi and Ranjeet really helped me get my phone back. He was really very prompt in getting my phone traced. In the end, without any hassle, the taxi driver after communicating with Ranjeet came to the Hotel and have my phone back. It was indeed a great and unforgettable experience !!! I couldn't thank Ranjeet enough for his exceptional gesture. My stay at the hotel was also excellent. The location is just fantabulous as you have everything around you from Chemist to Food joints onf with tailor shops. Taxis are always around. All in all a very memorable stay and I promise to stay there everytime I visit UAE as i keep traveling a lot. Thank you Ranjeet and team Al Diar Sawa Hotel Apartment :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel apartment, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was exquisite, with tastefully decorated rooms that offered both comfort and style. However, what truly set this establishment apart was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Renjith, the lobby manager. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay was evident from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Mr. Renjith's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made my experience truly memorable. The staff's professionalism and courtesy further enhanced the overall atmosphere of hospitality. From the well-maintained facilities to the prompt and courteous room service, every aspect of my stay was a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I highly recommend this hotel apartment for its superb accommodations and, most importantly, for the exceptional service provided by Mr. Renjith. His dedication undoubtedly added an extra layer of warmth and efficiency to my stay, making it a truly outstanding experience.

Generally very good.

At check in, the lady at the reception insisted that they clean the room only once every two days. I told her that I stayed at the same hotel before, and they cleaned every day. But again she insisted. When I went upstairs to my room, I found a card on the bed saying that "Bed linen are customarily changed daily. If you feel that this is unnecessary, please leave this card on your pillow in the morning. Your bed will be made, but your linen will not be changed on that day." I don't know where the receptionist lady got her rules from! Anyway, thankfully, they cleaned the room daily.

The staff of the hotel was amazing! The guys at the reception have been so nice and kind and willing to help with everything (really a big shout out to them!!). In general, the hotel was nice and the pool as well. The position was very good since it was 10 minutes driving distance from all the attractions that we visited and we always found a taxi to grab. Also there are a couple of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, so it's very nice as well. For the price we paid for our studio, it was definitely exceptional!

The room was a bit dark and we were not provide of washing machine soap (which i think would be nice to have if people booked a studio) and some kitchen essentials.

No request was a problem for the staff. Every facility listed on the booking page was present and working in the room. the room was spacious and comfortable. I’m the most critical customer usually, especially in UAE where standards vs cost never seem to balance. This accommodation was fantastic, and of the five places I’ve stayed in on this trip it was by far the best and certainly the best value for money.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room, equipped with an oven, a microwave oven, a washing machine and ironing equipment. Staff and room service met our expectations! The pool was very nice, and the jacuzzi, too! The neighborhood was quiet and there were a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking! Al Wadha mall is near, too! Umm al Emarat Park is also near and it's worth to pay a visit! Overall, it was a very good experience!

The gym was not available and the mattress could be a bit better.
