the staff in every service was really respectful and helpful. I had many questions to ask as it was my first time in Abu Dhabi and every time the staff was keen to answer my question or solve my problems.

I stayed here twice, staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good, easy to take taxis to places.

The second time we stayed the room had a very bad smell. The rooms are a bit dark but I think that's the theme.

The location is convenient. You can walk to a supermarket and many nearby restaurants. Valet parking is free of charge and convenient, since you can't park nearby on weekdays. Gym is decent size. WiFi works fine. Staff is friendly. Thank you very much to Veronica V. for being so helpful and kind with early check-in.

A little noisy from all the street traffic. Rooms don't have heaters, only A/C. Every time we walked into the room, it was like stepping into a refrigerator. We had to wait several hours for the room to heat up from sunlight. Hotel has a policy to not give out bathrobes, even when asked. Pool is open air, but covered, so no sun tanning.

I was with my mom who uses a walker while moving and needs a bed with low height mattresses for medical purposes. Staff were very keen to adjust the room and changed the bed to be suitable for my mom. Also, Staff were very decent and helpful to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Special thanks to reception staff, Mr. Trojan and Mr. Shehab. Also house keeping and maintenance staff with rapid response to any request at any time. Hotel location is very nice, near to kornish area and Abu Dhabi mall.

- it was quiet, we lived on 4th floor, we heard neither neighbours nor outside - staff were helpful and friendly, we arrived and left at night and there was somebody at reception both times - super fast checkout and check in - hotel offered additional service like tours to the dessert (and it was great by the way) - good breakfast for good price - bus stop to go to/from the airport is very close - comfortable bed

- we could not open a window in the room, but it was not crucial for us - it is a center, but still pretty far from the beach (around 40 minutes by bus)

A gem of a hotel in downtown Abu Dhabi. Did not expect much to be honest, but my expectations were exceeded. Superb customer service. Good rooms (a bit dated, but nothing major). Unexpectedly great gym. Good licensed restaurant on site. Good location, a few minutes by foot to dozens of restaurants, corniche and the Abu Dhabi Mall. Absolutely unbeatable value for money. And the staff was truly impeccable. Friendly, helpful, polite, very well trained. Took me seconds to check-in and check-out.

The hotel is a bit dated, could use some refurbishment, but nothing major. I can't complain really. Everything was at a level which would have cost much more in any other property. I remain impressed.

the room is clean and spacious, and good for a 2-3 night stay with family or loved ones especially when you are going to an event in the city. the valet service is a good touch especially that they make it a point to have your car ready almost immediately upon leaving your room and onto the lobby.

it could have been better to inform ahead of time or upon check in that we can request to have a shattaf installed on the washroom. also, during the mid day of our check out, the water on the shower didn't get cold and we had to shower in a hot water in the middle of the day, this could be improved.

All staff was very polite, gentle and collaborative: the recepsionists, the roomkeepers, the security, the restaurant staff and the Sura karaoke staff. Room 605 was spacious, clean, air conditioning was working great, bathroom was great with shower & bathtube and hair dryer. The towels and linen were very clean. The room has TV, refrigerator and an electric water heater to prepare tea and coffee, desk, chair and table to eat. The price of the room was very good for the quality of accomodation offered.

There are some small interventions to be done: The walls need painting The humidity smell is a little present in the room The bathroom door needs replacement The furniture door (that has the refrigerator inside) needs to be repaired Anyways these are some small things that doesn't influence the quality of accomodation.

A great hotel to spend your vacation with your family . Staff and the service is the big plus point for this hotel . Booked #Room 711 , Spacious room with all high quality facilities . VERANICA from the reception always had a good smile and a very good attitude and was always ready to help us. Bell boys delivered the luggages very quickly and the service was very fast . ATHEESH from the housekeeping was friendly and helped with the room cleaning . I enjoyed to sit in the cafe which is in the lobby . The Sri Lankan girl ( unfortunately forgot the name ) in the cafe was so kind and got our drinks very quickly . Breakfast Buffett had enough items and we had some very tasty food over there BABAR ( the supervisor ) was super friendly and always had a very good attitude with a kind smile . Even though he’s the supervisor , he helped the staff in the service time to make sure the operation runs very smoothly. He used to check all the tables to make sure everything is fine . He was a very good example for a team leader . SHELLA / ZAIN from the Buffett restaurant served us whole hearted and fulfilled each and every request of us . They were very cool and friendly with us . I met the F&B manager also after my breakfast. He was very friendly and he too checked us how we are doing in the breakfast . From the upper lever staff to the lower level staff , Everyone was perfect and super friendly. Staff of this hotel is a gem for this hotel . Finally thanks for each and everyone who made us to feel special in your hotel . Will visit again .
