Top Stars Hotel

I was actually surprised about the quality of the property. It is listed as a one star hotel but would fulfill the criteria to be a 2-3 star hotel in just about any country. It is an accommodation only place without any breakfast room or so, but that is the only shortcoming. The rooms and the whole building are well appointed, fulfill all expectations you will have at a reasonablei middle class hotel. All in all it was a good and comfortable stay.

Some very unfortunately placed embellishments on the facade make a breeding ground for pigeons. It would be impossible , since very unhygienic, to open a window.

Reinlin was exceptionally helpful in accommodating uur family into 2 rooms at 11am even though check in time was at 1pm. We flew in from Melbourne enrout to South Africa. We had a 21 hour lay over, our flight landed at abu dabi 04h00, we hung around looking for accommodation until I was confirmed with booking.com, our connecting flight to SA was at 0200. We had to be at the airport 12am. I am extremely grateful that we were allowed to check in at 11am, had a well deserved shower and Reinlin gave us directions to the Golden Centre and a lovely restaurant across the mall where we had THE most delicious meal. Thank you to the front desk day and night shift as well for making sure our cab arrived just as we were checking out. Thank you to our very respectful concierge who helped move 12 suitcases. Thank you to the friendly cleaners as well. Will definitely recommend your hotel. And book again

The shower curtain was too short, doesn't catch the water well enough. The bedroom could do with more lights. I prefer fresh milk rather than the powdered milk

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was polite and friendly and the room was big and very clean.It was in the best location of Abu Dhabi, in the center, with everything around. Within few minutes walk, there were big super markets, and shops were you could find fresh fruits and anything to eat. Nearby many shops for clothes etc. Restaurants also. The bus station for all destinations was only 5 mins walk.The famous big FISH MARKET of Abu Dhabi ,which is a real paradise for fresh seafood, was accesible by Bus No 54, in 25 mins. The A2 bus station to the Airport, is just 10 mins walking from the Hotel, in front of MADINAT ZAYED SHOPPING CENTER and it takes only 1 hour to arrive. The beautiful Corniche beach is only 20 mins away by bus No 34, and 10 mins later you arrive in the famous MARINA MALL. For Dubai the bus starts every 20 mins from the MAIN BUS STATION,and takes about 2 hours and 20 mins to arrive. A DESERT SAFARI is a great experience and can easily be organised and start from the Hotel. All the people speak english, everything runs smoothly, safely and perfectly. I loved this country and this Hotel, I highly recommend them and I will come back at first opportunity.

I think nothing exept to place in the room a plastic bucket for some light clothes hand washing .

For me location was ok, not so close to the sea: it took around 25-30 min to get to the beach on foot. Plenty of food shops and shopping malls around. Bus stops to the airport are at the walking distance. Tiny room had all the facilities you need to have a cup of tea or to store some meal at the fridge. Smell was pleasant and beds were very comfortable. No problems with shower. There was no noise from the street or neibourhood rooms heard.

Too cold inside, I could not find the way to manage the temperature inside the room. But the blanket was warm and comfortable to sleep.

While the room was spacious and perfectly fine, what I really like about this place is its location. You're just a few minutes' walk from the fruit and veg market, where you can buy dates at much more reasonable prices than at the airport. Plus, the food court in the nearby mall has some fabulous budget Indian and Filipino restaurants (particularly good is Calicut Notebook for Keralite cuisine). This is a really lively pan-Asian neighbourhood offering what's best about Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is very serviceable. The check-in is, I would say, functionable. They don't worry about the clients more than they're are asked to. That is not a criticism. It's just a functional hotel. For being so close to so much action in that city it was very quiet. And there are plenty of malls and stores around if you have anything you need.

It's a bit impersonal. Some people like it that way! They are all very polite. Again, it's not really a complaint. But highly serviceable it's not.

The service of staff was excellent and specially their cleanliness is awesome, I really relaxed their. Moreover what I suggest from my personal opinion i wrote down in what I don’t like although its not exactly don’t like its more likely my suggestions to the hotel management.

I hope they facilitate a food service or at least a microwave oven in the rooms, other than this they are perfect.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just few minutes from Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre and the beach. The staff was not only very friendly but also incredibly helpful. The overall cleanliness and neatness were commendable. Free WiFi is great. It's important to note that this is a budget-oriented hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly.

The air conditioning is set too low for my comfort. The rooms could use some renovation.

As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and also outside the hotel where I got something to eat at around 11pm. However, I can only speak for a one night experience. The room was nice and clean - freshly sanitized, water, tea, ... in the room. Also a safe for valuables. I liked the elegant look of the bed and curtains, but of course it's not a luxus hotel - it's simpel, but has everything I needed. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. It's 10 min by Taxi to Corniche Beach and 30 min from the airport.

The only little negative detail would be some mold inside the bathroom - but realy only some little spots. The toilet and everything was perfectly clean.

I enjoy the kindness of staff and cleaners of Top stars Hotel. The location was also great. But I wish the hotel extend its free WiFi not only in each ones room, but also in all the building and make it also available in the lobby. I also wish the rooms have light more and not only those two at the head beds. I was generally satisfied with hotel stay and wish to come back next time there.
