I like the huge room and the style. Very comfortable. I like joel and the rest of the staff in.the reception

Bathroom incomplete. I have to request everything a basic that needs to be put inside is nothing. When I arrive. The security is just like a robot standing and staring at me even though i have 2 luggage. No greetings at all. Ice is chargeable despite that they have a bar on the 17th floor Please improve.

Great place to stay in Abu-Dhabi, big and comfortable rooms , nice stuff Breakfasts are perfect, nice view from restaurant and from room- we have a view of city and local fair Hypermarker is in 2 minutes in big shopping center Good location to go to the beach, by foot -15 minutes to Abu-Dhabi beach, to Corniche beach- by bus #34 ~15 minutes

The location is excellent. It is close to many bus stops, and a large super market (LuLu). We have found restaurants within a 15 min walk. Taxi was readily available right outside the hotel. The staff was courteous, and helpful. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was adequate, and sufficient .

This hotel is not in a glitzy tourist area with 4-5 star hotels. It is in an older, local neighborhood. You are among the locals. This is not necessary a negative. We felt safe and were comfortable with the hotel and location.

Location location location. Central Abu Dhabi - right next to the Madinat Zayed Shopping Mall (which contains two amazing food courts and loads of shopping). Near the corniche, gold souk etc. Friendliness and helpfulness of the Front Desk Staff. Contains a SPA (reasonably priced with a 20% discount as a guest) and a Starbucks. Wonder of wonders - they also give you a late check out which was greatly appreciated. The room is huge - lots of space in the room and the bathroom, and wonder of wonders, it has a bathtub. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Gym and Pool.

Location is near to shopping center, restaurants. The staff are very accommodating. The room is so clean and quiet.

Picked this hotel as it was very well priced compared to neighbours of similar rating - and with good reviews. There were many positives: location with a huge variety of restaurants and a shopping mall very close by and beach only 10 mins by taxi (only £3!) or 30 mins walk away; large, well-equipped room; largely excellent, friendly and welcoming staff; decent breakfast variety; comfortable bed; huge bath towels; nice pool and gym; happy hour in the bar; easy to get a taxi outside reception or in the road; etc etc. Very pleased overall with the hotel.

Not so so much dislikes, just (very slight) negatives were: 1) housekeeping seemed a bit disjointed re towels in that (within a four-day stay): one day both went and weren't replaced, another day one went and wasn't replaced. So a bit inconsistent - but immediately rectified when I contacted reception (who were always helpful and pleasant). 2) I had to push to have a non-smoking room when booking, being initially advised that they would try to allocate such on arrival. With other hotels you can book a non-smoking room as a definite. These small points do not detract from my recommending the hotel strongly and I'd definitely stay there again.

room - we arrived early in the morning at the hotel. The staff was nice and accommodated our request of an early check in. They were all nice at the reception area. The location was also excellent because its very accessible to food, tourist sites and shops. Breakfast was also good however,there was one lady who does the live cooking for the eggs. She was unfriendly and even forgot to make the eggs we ordered. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly.

there was no yoga mat at the exercise room. the lady who makes the egg live cooking was mean.

Got upgraded to a big room again. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy big bed, separate lounge area, 2 TV's, in bath shower, tea & coffee topped up on 2nd day. Cafe in foyer with freshly made sandwiches and cakes etc. Pool & restaurants with bar and free pool table in upper floors. Free drinks vouchers for ladies on certain nights with live music.

The drink prices are excessive even for water. Hard to deal with the heat outside but not needed to be in it for longer than necessary. About a kilometer walk to the waterfront weaving around high-rise buildings and a bit disappointed when arrived. Nothing to do with the hotel.

Hotel was very kind to upgrade us (per our request) and give us a cake for our anniversary 😊 Most of the staff are very friendly and accomodating; not being biased but all Filipino Staff offered excellent customer service during our stay - from Reception to the Chef at the buffet breakfast. Room was spacious, washroom is clean but a little cleaning is required at the sala, there are visible dust. TV is Netflix ready which made the experience better.

We stayed for 3days and 2nights and it was good except for one thing - in our second day, while lounging, we suddenly hear voices in the foyer and when we checked there are 2 hotel staff INSIDE our room. they ENTERED our room to clean WITHOUT PERMISSION which was not acceptable. This was a very annoying experience, in all the hotels i stayed, i never experience such thing. Room service should always be requested and approved by the guest! Not to be decided by hotel / hotel staff. I am staying again on Feb 11-12, 2023 and I hope this won’t happen again 😏
