Clean , modern and well maintained

How to check in. They say you can speak to reception but no one answer your call. I understand that technology is the way forward but not everyone is capable of checking in on one’s mobile. We managed to check in but I cannot understand why we had to check in after 3 pm in the day of arrival. I suggest, that one can check in at least a day before but they tell you not to go to the hotel before 3pm.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with ample choice. Location is slightly out of the way for sight seeing in Bern but we knew that when we booked. Local transport to Bern very good and easy to access. Our only negative point is that there was no tea, coffee making facilities in the room. In many years of travel this was our first experience of no such facilities. Disappointing.

Although the hotel is situated at the highway it was very quiet and also clean, much better than what we expected. We arrived late in the evening and upon our check in we were offered complementary cake and hot drinks. We were traveling with our two dogs and the hotel even has an area where you can walk the dogs. The breakfast in the morning was freshly made.

There was some mold in the bathroom and overall the bathroom could've been cleaned a bit better.

Room was spacious and open. We could not hear the nearby at all while in our hotelroom. It's easy to reach, right next to the highway. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of options. Coffee is always accesible in the lobby area.

The staff seemed a little uninterested which I didn't mind but a greeting when walking in would have been nice. Our room was also kind of a long walk away from the lobby because of the building's design a little bit annoying when carrying a bunch of stuff.

good value hotel for Switzerland. conveniently located just outside Bern on A1 motorway. Room was clean and comfortable. liked the ability to do laundry using hotel’s facilities - ideal for long road trip

wifi kept dropping out in room but more stable in lobby. no ability to cool room down. These are minor points though. enjoyed our stay and would return if in area

Easy to reach as it is right on the highway. Nothing special or fancy but good place to stop while on the way. Rooms are comfy, personnel friendly, and breakfast has a decent offer.

The restaurant for dinner is just a gas station buffet restaurant, not very good and quite pricey (despite the 20% discount you get as hotel guest)

cleanliness, perfect location, good soundproofing of the facility, you couldn't hear cars from the highway. very nice and professional service. very nice breakfast. hard to find any cons we will definitely be back 😀😊

there could be a playground for children around the facility (apart from a wooden horse 🥴) then it would be perfect 😃

Very conveniently located, right off the motorway. Received very clear driving advice prior to arrival. Decor could use a little refresh but everything was in perfect working order and pleasantly clean. The room would benefit from a mini fridge! Staff was professional and friendly. The garden view from the room is lovely. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Surroundings felt safe and secure.

Location is perfect if you like to go on morning hiking or walk in the forest. Just behind the hotel there is a huge forest, and it meant a lot to us cause we stayed with a dog. While in hotel you can enjoy free coffee and cakes at lobby. The breakfast was included in room rate and was amazing with a lots of choice.

No mini bar in the room. Expensive, but that’s Switzerland.

It was really nice to have the bar open all the time specially when you arrive tired from out side. They serve you with a very nice drink. It also has a very nice washer and dryer. Very useful. Staff was really nice and helpful.
