The room is equipped with modern facilities. The room had all the required equipment, cutlery, crockery. Evi was very helpful. She met us at the reception and gave us a detailed tour of the room. The room was clean and spacious. Supermarket is at 10 minutes walk. The old Bern city is 10-15 mins drive away. The car park was available free of charge that was a plus point for me as I was renting a car. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The train station is a few minutes away and the bus station is just in front of the building.

The room didn't have AC and we had to open windows. The building is nearby a road (although not so busy) so it could be a bit noisy.

A nice cool apartment with modern facilities. Good size bathroom with everything you needed. Very good kitchen area that was hidden behind the tv cupboard. Good amount of storage for clothes.

Lots of things were automatic and some were a bit tricky to work out and some didn’t work such as the toilet cleaning system but that didn’t matter as we could just use the toilet as normal . We thought it was aparthotel but it is just an apartment and no reception area etc. It advertised a pool but there isn’t one at the apartments it is a public pool across the road.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. It was like renting your own studio apartment in Bern. i enjoyed this experience of buying my own food from the main station instead of ordering room service for example. The internet is very fast and public transport to the city centre is easily accessible as well as a Coop supermarket for groceries. You can ask for an iron if needed and also use the washing machine (but i did not try this)

one thing i would suggest Evi's improve is offering clarity over who is responsible for cleaning the room in case of long stays. i wasnt sure if i was supposed to take out my own trash or not so it accumulated a bit.

The fact it has everything you need for work and fun. Coffee machine with free capsules. Nice and clean new bathroom, tv, realy good bed, superb mattress, table with chairs, working table, fridge, kitchenette, I would recomended more utensils, a cutting board, knife for bread and two smaller pan and pot, for boiling eggs etc.

More kitchen utensils. The cooking pot was too big, there was no cutting board and no cup to put knife and fork.

Evi is a nice person, she showed us the apartment and how everything works, there is a free parking on the right side of the building, just make sure you park and respect yellow line to leave space for others. There is a halal food market, for people who eat halal, he has everything if you want to make a good Moroccan meal, he is called Idris Market, we had a good breakfast in Einstein Café, I recommend tart (pie) almond, you can get there with Tram 9, it's only a 10-min walk. For activities, I recommend Lac Noir - 60 min drive from Evi's home (heaven on earth)

There was a problem with the lighting, sometimes everything turns on, but the staff, reprogrammed a button for us to turn everything off, it's a portable remote, so you can take it with you to the bed and control everything from there (lights, curtains)

Getting a public transport ticket was great. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the room.

The check-in instructions lack the actual info. Altough it is stated as "Self check-in" it is actually required to contact the host on arrival either through the ringer by the door or by a call. It is not a major thing but I think this should be stated in the info or in the booking email.

The hotel was exceptional! The owner of the hotel was very nice. I really appreciate the owner's approach to customers. The room was beautifully clean, the beds very comfortable, the room in a beautiful modern design, the shower and toilet were top notch, large storage spaces for clothes, television with a large number of channels, a well-designed kitchen with a coffee machine, a freezer and kitchen equipment of a very high standard, adjustable table height. Everything very perfect. I rate everything positively, it was the best hotel I visited! I recommend it to everyone! We have nothing to complain about, everything was fantastic!

The room was very spacious and bright. It was also immaculately clean and had a large amount of storage space. We were met by host Flavio who showed us the room. He was helpful, and we got a city transport pass. The facilities are incredible and so modern. The owner has gone to so much effort to make this place special. Everything is controlled electronically, even the adjustable table. The bathroom was very nice and had a large shower with a rain head. Lots of toiletries too. But the best thing was the foldaway kitchen! With the fridge and cooking facilities we were able to prepare meals and save money. Access to a washing machine and clothes dryer was very much appreciated. Although it is about 2 kms from the old town of Bern there were 2 bus lines very close by and it only took us 5 minutes to get to Bern central train station. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Room was quite big and was very well furnished. It was clean and modern. Wifi was good. The location was not very close to the center but close enough to the bus station that takes you there. We got free public transportation during our stay. The staff was very friendly.

It was quite hot during our stay and the room had no air conditioning. We just had some bad luck and there was a heat wave during our stay. I don't think there are many days with temperatures close to 35 degrees C :)
