Perfect location, the hotel is between the city center and the beach. in a street with lots of stores and a cute bakery next door which is very cheap! We first got a room on the top floor and we did not like it as we always have a top floor room. The staff member immediately gave us a suite! Super service! Very clean, breakfast was nice and cosy!

No parking, try to park at blasco ibanez if you don't use your car. It is free there

Lovely staff, pet friendly with lovely attention to provide bowls and bed for dog, good location. Bed was comfortable and room overall quiet (our room faced the internal court years). Good price but should increase it a bit to plan for a makeover.

Breakfast was abundant but quality so-so, coffe was bot drinkable. The room we were in really needed a make over, the window did not shut, the smell of drains in the bathroom was potent, toilet seat seemed to have gone through a war and the mini bar cupboard was half broken.

Very good location, close to everything, 20-25 min to beach by walk, 20 min to city center and also to Ciutat de les Arts i les ciencies. Metro station is about 15 min by walk from the hotel and has a direct route to airport and also there is a bus station across the street. The beds and pillows are really, really comfy and as we had window facing the inside of the building it was very quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, we arrived earlier than the check in time and they allowed us to leave our baggages in the hotel.

The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was a bit poor.

I loved the bikes, very easy to book and return them here at anytime. I recommend getting one for for exploring the city, it's much faster and cheaper than public transport. Valencia is ok to bike around, there is decent amont of bike paths. The staff was nice and helpful, they managed to get me a taxi, when the app drivers kept cancelling on me. I like the overall design of the place. The pool is quite nice.

Breakfast was rather basic, the allergens weren't properly tagged. My shower leaked water during every use, so there was a puddle in the bathroom corner, basically the whole time.

It’s a good place to stay overnight. 27 min walk to the Cathedral. Sarah, the girl on the reception was very friendly and gave lots of helpful recommendations.

Our room was on 2 levels with the bunk bed on the lower level and 2 double beds on the top level. It’s quite small for 4 people, no space to move around. It’s good that there is a pool in the hotel, but it wasn’t clearly noted that everyone requires a hat before going in, which costs 2.50 each. So for our family of 4 it would be an additional 10 euro. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room or anywhere in the lobby. Overall this place is overpriced for what you get.

The breakfast was good - there was a variety of local foods, bread etc. The best thing about Casual was the staff. They were kind, helpful and attentive.

We stayed for 12days and so found the breakfast rather boring. It was the same everyday. Given the reasonable rates, we did not have high expectations but I think it is possible to inject a little more creativity into it.

The location was very good, near the center and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. I can't tell about the pool because we didn't use it. they have a baggage storage room where you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out.

The room wasn't the same one I booked, it was smaller and very basic. I also booked a cake for a birthday but they forgot so it ruined the surprise. In exchange they offered to bring a Champagne (that was awful) and a flower composition on the bed (that wasn't worth the money), so I suggest to not use those services. The toilet was very uncomfortable and it wasn't matching the same modern style as the room, especially the sink was very unpractical to use. Also the mirror was very far and it was difficult to use it for makeup. I also suggest to leave more toiletries, we just had one of each and it wouldn't hurt to have one more.

The staff was exceptionally lovely upon arrival and throughout the check-in process. The room was perfect for the three of us to have our own space and room for our personal belongings and the temperature in the room was perfect. Additionally, the hotel was in the middle of city center and in an ideal location for cafes, restaurants, and shopping. This was a delightful experience.

The only thing we didn't have time for was breakfast and that was due to our travel schedule, not the hotel.

Nice thematic rooms, clean amd spacious, very comfy beds and pillows. Good basic breakfast with sweet and savoury, eggs, fresh fruits. Hotel occupies a historical building on a very large noisy avenue so better to avoid street side rooms. We chose it because of price, location snd parking although neighbourhood around looks a bit rundown but it's safe. Wallking distance to the old river/ 10 min ciudad de las Artes ; or €5 taxi to city centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Traffic noise from street- luckily we could change room. Our second room with terrace was not worth the extra money at all - generally no doubt price- quality relation is very good here but terrases are not very clean and super noisy. Bathrooms could be refreshed and one day perhaps replace old bathtubs by showers.

Cheerful staff in reception & breakfast room, always ready to help. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice terrace (room 304). Decent breakfast, not so many choices but the ones available were fresh and plentiful (constantly and attentively replenished). Very nicely decorated hallway and stairway.

Few episodic things (on arrival evening, the entire hallways had a strong chemical smelling of insect repellent, completely unpleasant while waiting for the check-in; the room door locking was broken and had to forcibly close it each time, probably waking up other neighbors), and few generic things: 2 single beds put together instead of a single couple bed requested, general feeling of old style particularly in the bathroom or the furniture - a remodel is highly recommended considering the high price requested OR decrease standard cost by 25% to match the rather “Budget” conditions.
