Excellent location and great value for money. We booked for 3 nights a large room with a shared bathroom and when we arrived we found out that there were actually 2 bathrooms (1 small and 1 big!). In the morning we could make coffee and all the kitchen facilities were available to use. Also, we arrived late at night and Marta was waiting for us - professional and super kind, gracias Marta!

Our flight had a big delay, so we arrived in Valencia around 00.30 and the landlord expressed his dissatisfaction with this and was unreachable, even though we explained it was not our fault. Nevertheless, the good news is that in the end, Marta was waiting for us.

- Room 6 has a nice terrace space (looks a bit different now than the photos) - it’s quite cause not on the street site - we had our own shower/toilet - easy walking distance to allot of place - there’s a common fridge to use if you want to keep food cool - room is spacious, with also a sitting area inside - Oscar is very very friendly

- floor felt a bit dirty - shower space also needs a bit of fixing up - from the look of it, the other rooms felt a bit more modern than this one - there’s no mosquito net in front of the windows (other rooms have I believe, not sure) - we knew ahead there’s no breakfast served, but perhaps take the photos of booking cause it’s a bit misleading

Our host Óscar is a very sweet person, we liked him very much. During our check-in, he showed us on a map the places that we can visit. He was very kind, helpful, and nice to chat with whenever we came across him. And the location is perfect, close to the metro and the bus stations, the park, and the center of the old city.

The street is noisy during the night, because of the unloading garbage trucks; so sometimes it was hard to sleep. But if you comply with the Spanish schedule of the day and sleep during the siesta time then it won't be a problem :)

Nice clean room. The pictures were accurate and the location was very good. We mostly walked everywhere we needed to go. There was also a shared kitchen which was quite useful.

Can't be sure if it's just me, but the kitchen was quite unorganised. The first day we could not figure out where to find things. There seemed to be instant coffee powder that was probably expired a long time ago still left in the cupboard next to the coffee beans. If there is a shared kitchen, there should be more instructions/guidelines available to use the resources and also someone should be managing the inventory especially things that the guests might leave behind.

The property is perfectly located to many supermarkets and big shopping centers. The metro stations to the airport are within 6 min. walk. There are bus stations to the farthest part of the town. The Old part is also within walking distance. The staff was hospitable and helpful.

It was noisy during the night as it is on a main street and the Fallas celebration was in progress.

The host was so lovely and very helpful!! You can tell how much he cares for the place and how happy he is just to help. The place is decently close to the main attractions, everything is within a 30 minute walking distance.

I wish there was A/C but it wasn’t the worlds biggest deal

The location was down town, the host was very friendly. I was very happy with this stay over all. I am very pleased with the fair price for a goood size room.

The bathroom was outdated and needs a renovation but I am sure that Oskar will take care of it soon.

The location is excellent, there is a great access to metro and bus. The room itself was very clean, spacious and with a lovely view. The staff was very helpful. Definitely a great place to stay in Valencia if you’re on a budget ;) Highly reccomend!

The only thing that I’ve missed out on while booking was the lack of private bathroom. There is a shared toilet and a bathroom in the property so you don’t have your own. There is also no air conditioning - they however provide you with a fan so it’s manageable :)

Great and safe localisation, veery comfortable bed, great hotel space, you can use the micoqave, the oven and the fridge

Inform when you will arrive to the hotel, because there is no reception, so you need to tell the time of your arrival.

Well maintained comfortable rooms in a great location with a fantastic coffee machine in the kitchen area. I was a bit put off by the "shared bathroom" but this really isn't a problem.
