Very clean, convenient location, great patio, quiet for the most part, and the decor makes you feel like you’re staying in a boutique hotel.

There seems to be a disconnect between management and the cleaning service. The woman who cleans was having a loud call with management and it seemed she was upset I was still in my room so she couldn’t do the sheets. I had not requested room service at this time and it was still morning. I would have liked to use the patio more often but it’s locked when the maid isn’t there. Additionally, there was a group of young girls staying in the apartment above mine and they would get in late at night, and slam doors, jump up and down and move furniture around at all times. It was hard to sleep before they settled down around 1am. There were two other loud Spanish groups staying there while I was there, but they weren’t up too late.

Easy to find, easy to get in and out, comfortable room and toilet. Very good value for money. Attractive deco and well equipped kitchen. Pity we couldn't use the wonderful terrace..still don't understand why

The common area is not too big and we felt a little awkward and uncomfortable as our room entrance was just by somebody's dining table. There wasn't too much toilet paper and I didn't find it easy to get some more as there wasn't staff around all the time. Besides I would have like to have the handy possibility of getting some more blankets in case of need. Would have been great to be allowed to enjoy the amazing terrace out there...Covid wasn't a good reason to not to be able to stay outside if the tables inside were all used and closer than the ones outside.

The location was great, walk distance to the beach, the city centre and just 10 min to the City of Arts Room is big enough for 3 people and nice decoration. Place has common kitchen, some chairs and tables too.

AC wasn't enough cold as you can't low the temperature below 25 degrees, not good as those days in Valencia were extremely hot. Bathroom was quite dirty first night. They cleaned the next morning after that, okay.

The location was great and the room was comfortable.

However, the towels were stained and when asking for a new one we were charged. Also, during our stay one of the two shared bathrooms broke so all the residents were using one bathroom which became less clean and constantly occupied.

Very easy and clear check-in. Very clean. Good kitchen. Quiet both inside and from outside. Only 10 min walk to the famous City of Arts and Sciences and Turia gardens. Direct metro connection to the airport.

It was a bit cold in the room despite the conditioner settled on warmth. I couldn't make more than +19 (in February, so nights are cold). Very bright green exit sign above the room door, can cause a problem for light-sensitive sleepers. Window is looking to the terrace, so I had to keep the curtain closed. There's also no heater in the shower rooms.

Everything looked clean. I had a window with a view to the yard and it was very silent. I slept very well with open window. Easy check-in and check-out. Actually I hadn't met any personal. Good WiFi

Two bathrooms for 5 or 6 rooms may be a problem. One evening I spent about half an hour waiting while some girls were having shower.

I like the shabby-chic fit-out and decor. Because it has been done with imagination and that everything is clean and tidy, it works. It has not descended into hippy back-woods. I was impressed with the quality of sanitary ware.

I thought the monitoring and response to wazzapp messaging shoud have been quicker. Wazzapp is an instant transmission system. Someone should be picking up messagess as they come in, not several hours later. But the responses, when they came, were clear and polite. Nothing to do with the Bird House but if coming by your own vehicle, leave plenty of time to find somewhere to park - you will need it.

Well located, clean shared facilities. Quiet private room. No queue for shared kitchen or bathroom (a concern before I stayed) . Shops close by, good public transport. Highly recommended at this price

The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. The location was perfect for me. Between the see and the old city. Near jardin del turia. The owner was very kind. You have a kitchen if you want to, but I didn't use it. I just slept there. Free wifi worked fine.
