Breakfast was great, plentiful, and a good mix of local and international food. The hotel room was spotless and had great day to day housekeeping. Room size as expected. Bus stop just outside. Wifi worked all the time and well. Extra blanket if you needed. Ok shower gel shampoo and soap but not amazing. Had a tiny 'business centre ' but were kind and efficient in printing things on request. Plug sockets by the bed. USB charger on one side.

No kettle in room, the tea at breakfast wasn't a big focus for them, so bring your own if you are particular. Nice big mugs, though. Area was not at the heart of much but a good compromise between the university and historic town. As long as you get the plastic bus ticket asap and load it up, you get around ok, and the area wasn't posh but didn't feel threatening. There are supermarkets, laundrette and pharmacy nearby and a couple of good value restaurants.

Warm welcome and professional attitude from the reception staff, especially Mr Victor. Comfortable room, very clean hotel and big variety of food for breakfast,also with very professional staff. Bottled water was available during the all days without charge. Free parking for bicycles. Bus station is very close to the hotel in both direction-beaches and city center. Even a metro station is not so far from the hotel.

There is no drying rack so no way to dry wet clothes from the beach. Restaurant is not open at the morning, no terrace for smokers an there is not vending machine to buy coffee in the morning early hours.

The location was half way between the old town and the beach we were able to walk to both as we are fit and active enough to do so. The room was spacious and we had a lot of space. Great large bed but slightly uncomfortable with the pillows they weren't the best for my neck. But still I slept really well. Wifi was great in the hotel. If you love a good coffee, the hotel is a one minute walk to Portobello cafe. They do epic coffee and sooo close to the hotel. All the hotel staff were super friendly, they understand English really well and were happy to help me improve my Spanish. Room service pricing is cheap and the food is pretty good value for what you pay.

I didn't rate the breakfast buffet, but for 13€ pp it was fine, and still cheaper than eating out. There wasn't much I didn't like. Overall it's a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 6 nights. The staff at the reception and the breakfast room, were friendly and helpful. The room (244) was spacious and clean, only a few things in the bathroom could use a little tlc, to make it look better. But it all worked, so no complaining. I did like the location the best, 6 minute walk to the city of arts & science. And 30 minutes to the beach or old town. Metro and bus are around the corner, if you don't like to walk. I will stay here again, next time!!!

The rooms were big and plenty of spaces, clean and full of light .breakfast fair . Location fair .

The flush of the toilets were old and not powerful to clean , you have to push many times and waste of water with no good result 🤦‍♀️ The emphasize on not taking anything fm breakfast out was too much , many written warnings in the breakfast saloon that I had not seen anywhere else . It surprised me and gave some untrustful feeling , i/o welcoming . The reception except two didn't know english well and I prefered to solve my issues in other ways rather than refering to them.

Exceptional. Comfortable 4* hotel with perfect service. What I like the most is darkened windows protecting you from sunburst and saving energy spent on a/c. The breakfast and the dinner tasty, with great variety of high quality products. The staff are helpful and cheerful. Location is good for big city - bus stop nearby (30 meters) helps you to get to the beach, to the center. The Turia park is approx 12 min walk in the shadow.

Maybe one disadvantage - the system didn't turn on the ventilator in bathroom, so it was a bit humid there

The staff were polite and helpful. The location was good. Near the cuidad de la artes y las ciencias and only 4 stops on metro to Colon.

For a 4 star hotel, I expect the facilities in room the to be in a working condition. The remote was not working and neither was the bin's pedal in the bathroom. Also there was no kettle and tea/coffee in the room. When enquired, I was told the provider did not provide a kettle. All these aside, the last night of my stay, I noticed the bathroom ceiling is in a state of falling. When I showed the photos, the receptionist responce was that we can not control everything!

Spacious room, location close to public transport and easy to reach the city center. Staff attentive and goes a little extra mile (fixed a booking problem for us quickly and uncompromisingly) Fair hotel rates - value for money

Breakfast is correct especially as there is no other option in the near of the hotel. However it is a little pricey for what it is.

Amazing location to explore city of science and ocenaografic with my family. Hotel was located in very nice area. Easily accessible by walk or bus.

We asked to book the place for parking. Unfortunately they informed us that it's based on availability, first come first serve. When we arrived late evening we didn't want to risk not finding a parking spot. Would be easier to have parking available in the hotel as we saw it was just there in the same building.

I loved everything in the room(I did expect the Iron to be in the room, but we had to ask for it at the reception). My room had very good beds, Clean, soft, great quality Bath TOWELS I ever had (best from all hotels I've been before). Very nice spacious, clean bathroom!!!! Breakfast is awesome. Great variety, however, (Note: should add Salad and dairy free/coconut milk yogurts for vegetarians like me).
