Location is great, the staff are great too.

The hotel is in a great location and had everything we wanted.

The pool was shaded for much of the day and very cold! We couldn't use it even though the weather was very warm.

Location, buses practically outside. Perfect for Arts & Science and the gardens.

Photo of pool area and roof terrace are very disappointing when you actually see them. The pool was fine for me but anyone expecting to do lengths would be disappointed. Roof terrace has 2 sunbeds and that's it.

The rooms were clean, spacious and very well equipped and the hotel staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. The breakfast was also really nice and refreshed contineously.

The hotel gym was quote poor with no free weights area and crammed in equipment. The pool area wooden finish could also do with a refurbishment as there were quite a few trip hazards.

Great breakfast, with so many options. The location was absolutely wonderful, and easily accessible from a lot of places. Really convenient for a lot of tourist attractions and a lovely area in general. The room was clean and well stocked with sustainable toiletries. Great to have gym and pool facilities.

There was a horrible smell for a lot of my stay, both in my room and on the solarium on the roof. The room was not quite as good as I expected for the price, considering what I could get in England in a basic hotel room for much cheaper.

Lovely pool, helpful staff , clean room, having a bath as well as a shower . Only 10 minutes taxi ride to the beach or the old town. Just across the road from the aquarium and science museum. Great breakfast .

The area around the pool was in the shade much of the time . People did the classic leaving of the towels on the sun loungers for hours , so many of us were sitting on the floor despite many empty sun loungers ! Perhaps staff could check on this and be strict about not allowing people to reserve a lounger for the whole day with a mere towel . It would be lovely to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. It was a bit far from the main centre - too far to walk especially at night through quiet , unpopulated streets. Didn’t feel safe . Took about an hour to get to the old town by foot . In the day walking through the park ( the old river ), was much better . Took about 45 minutes to get to the Russifa area . We got taxis everywhere as couldn’t rely on buses .

The hotel was lovely. Very clean, breakfast was a little manic but once you got a table the choice was great. The pool is a little small but perfectly adequate.

After a wonderful stay with lovely staff we encountered a very unfriendly staff member on reception. She was most unhelpful on our last day and when she found the kids charging their phones in the reception area ( under the stairs) as we had a late flight and the same staff member had offered no accommodation other than leaving our bags in a store she unplugged them rapidly and gave out to the children. It's a pity that this is the memory we will have of the hotel when all the other staff were very helpful throughout the rest of our stay.

Great location for the Aquarium, Arts and Science Park. 30 min walk in to central València. We had a family room which served us well for our three day visit. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom and shower were good. The pool area is fairly small and gets busy, but decent for a city centre hotel and is a sun trap. It gets very hot. Excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast. Hotel parking an additional €17 per day but worth it. Staff very friendly and appreciated (laughed at) my terrible Spanish. Shopping and restaurants aplenty just across the road. Beach and Marina a couple of miles drive. Worth a visit.

Hmmmm, Rafi was brilliantly helpful. He offered my son and I suggestions that helped our city trip. Christian or I don't know if I have the name right, at the breakfast buffet always welcomed us with a smile and a small chat that gave our day a boost. Unfortunately the pool was under construction but that did not matter. And oh! my the hotel is close to so many sightseeing attractions or just a bus away. We had a blast in Valencia thanks to the hospitable staff of the hotel.
