Hotel is pretty close to main destinations in Bilbao - you can reach all of them by walking. Nice quiet location with public parking around (you have to pay - you can use an app). Room was nice with a large terrace. Bathroom was nice as well with top of the line amenities.

Aircon was switching off everytime the room door or the terrace door was opening. I understand the goal of this but it was quite uncomfortable to keep switching the A/C on continuosly, especially as we were a few people in the room, so with a lot going on. Maybe it would be nicer to have a timer associated to this function?

The City Centre Bilbao Abba Suites was a fabulous stay - a perfect aspect near the beautiful river, the funicular, the Guggenheim, an good walk to the big markets. We also had Barik cards - so cheap to use to get to the beach, on trams, buses, trains - and also on to Donostio (San Sebastian). We'd been travelling for a while so really appreciated having the space to stretch out and facilities to cook a couple of meals. We extended our stay by a day and the staff were very helpful, so polite and obliging. The room cleans were exceptional!

Not much really - the air-con worked and wasn't centrally controlled around seasons.

The apartment is spacious and has everything that is needed for a stay (incl. a capsule coffeemaker, a dishwasher and a washing machine). The location is great (10 minutes to walk to the city centre), however, the area is quiet. We asked for and received a very silent room (as it was "inner", the view was not great, but there was no noise in the morning at all: like buses/street talks, nothing, – many thanks for that)

A minor thing: as we used a washing machine I wish there was something like a laundry drying rack

We really enjoyed our stayed in the hotel during the trip. The staffs were really friendly to us during our stay.

The room we got was very clean and the kitchen was the basics enqiument, which stated in the website profiles. Most of the places are walking distance, therefore, we did tried to buy some fresh food and cook in the kitchen in the kitchen, which was good. However, unless you stay for longer period, is not easy to get small bottle of oil or salt/pepper etc. Therefore, a suggestion if you want to try to cook in the room might recommend to bring them yourself. Unless hotel could able to provide some in the room or reception?

Location was brilliant. Short walk from Guggenheim/bus stop/tram stop/city centre...and don't forget the funicular railway! Good little bar/restaurant directly opposite and small supermarket a block away. Don't forget to buy a "Barik" card for very cheap access to all the city's public transport system (metro, bus, tram....and the funicular railway.) You only need one card to share between a group of people.

Small criticisms:- electrical cords from coffee maker and kettle not long enough to reach the plug socket easily. Wardrobe door will not open fully - hits main access door closing mechanism. Both of these could be fixed.

- Very well located near the river promenade, 10 min walking to Casco Viejo and 1km away from Guggenheim museum. Overall, walkable for sightseeing. - 24h reception with luggage storage, staff helpful and friendly. - Flat is very spacious, nice living room with comfy sofa and big TV, kitchenette included. - Spacious bedroom with another big TV with all the needed commodities. - Nice bathroom with Japanese appliances and bath walk-in with nice water pressure and hot water never missed. - Fast Internet over Wi-Fi.

- Being honest I cannot remember of anything, maybe that there's no subway station just around the corner but there's lot of bus stops and a subway station on Casco Viejo within 10 min walking, but city is very walkable anyway.

Great location. Only ten minutes walk from the Guggenheim and the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. They provided a little bag with mini washing up liquid, a dish washer tablet, a sponge and cloth for the kitchen and toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view wasn't great from our room. It was just of the wall next door. Also, the doors were quite loud when people came and went from their rooms so could hear it in the middle of the night sometimes.

No public toilet!! After our check out when we asked for the toilet they said there is non in the hotel to use and they suggested another place by the courner where we could use the bathroom. Many restaurants are closed between 16:00-20:00 so when we asked the reception for assistance to find a place which would be open the young lady replied "I don't know" - I believe she was a trainee so .. okay The morning reception lady was very helpful.

got an unexpected upgrade to an apartment, which turned out to be wonderful. couldn’t have been happier with the location: quiet street and yet quite close to the river and the nicest bridge to the other side thereof, where the extraordinary Guggenheim and many other sights were. Property arranged underground parking at 24 euros a day, which seemed a good deal for beautiful Bilbao. We , in our late 70s, walked everywhere.

Nothing to dislike, but be aware we got upgraded from a ‘mere’ suite to a one- bedroom apartment.

We loved this place! The location was perfect - just on the other side of the pedestrian bridge from the Guggenheim. The apartment was large, comfortable, super clean and modern and really quiet. We expected it to have a corporate feel but the people at reception were so nice and helpful! We had clothes that needed to hang dry and they brought us a standing clothes dryer and extra laundry detergent without us even asking. We highly recommend this place.
