To be honest, we were here to see the filming location for the TV series 'Benidorm', so we weren't expecting that much from the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large, comfortable and apart from the bathroom being a little tired, nothing was amiss. It was very quiet, bed was comfortable and we even had a view of the famous pool. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, allowing us to check in early and swiftly sorting out parking wibbles. Breakfast choice was vast. Location very handy for seafront, theme bars including Morgan's tavern. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds during our visit.

There was an eggy drainy smell coming in from outside but this may have been outside the hotel's control.

The location was superb, and the pool was amazing. We lived the night time entertainment. We had the privilege to be able to watch it from the comfort of our balcony too. All the staff were so lovely. And the older gentleman that did the aqua aerobics on a morning, he was a hoot.

I didn't think the room was cleaned to a high standard. My dirty glass from the night before was still next to my bed. I was in the room once when the floor was mopped and the maid literally just ran the dirty mop and dust around the floor from one side to the other but to be fair , I think if they were allowed more time to clean each room then it would of been to a more satisfactory level. So the maids arnt to blame and they were very pleasant also.

Buffet breakfast was perfect. Location was excellent if you want to be near the nightlife. Very clean hotel and room.

The room for 3 people could have been a little bigger as felt very squashed. It was basically an extra bed rolled into a double room. Due to the terrible weather they didn't open the outside bar area which served all the food n snacks in the daytime as we chose the bed and breakfast option only. So we weren't able to get any food there unless we paid the expensive price of the buffet. They could have still served the snack food but served it in the other bar. The amount of time to check in was ridiculous. They need to speed it up a bit. This happens every time we go so I know it wasn't a one off.

Close to all amenities. Friendly and helpful staff always had a smile and a kind word a happy bunch of workers. I must commend the chefs who put a good variety of food at meal times to cover all tastes. We liked the recycling containers at landings.

The safe in the rooms I feel should have been included in the room price for security. The key card was problematic because most people like us kept it close to our mobile phones which contaminated the card and made it useless, a warning should have been given. It would have been nice to have had a welcoming pack complete with kettle to make tea or coffee, but , everything else was good. Lo mi

The room was exceptional with bath robes, beach towels, flip flops and a beach bag.provided. I'd booked for 1 night on half board. The fridge was filled with cold drinks. The beds were super comfy, and it was spotless. The reception staff in both hotels were lovely.I

The food was very bland and overcooked. For example, a dish of rice was totally brown and stuck to the pan. Considering the quality of the rooms, the food doesn't reflect the rest of the hotel. Certain staff were very friendly and helpful, yet others were rude or dismissive. The guys on the pool bar were super friendly, but another two members of the pool staff were very officious, which I understood to a point after seeing how rude some of the other customers could be, especially when running to the pool to get loungers. That morning experience was farcical, but it was other customers who were appalling; one woman almost pushing me out of the way.

Many food sites to choose from for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food was good quality, abundant and varied. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is big but the water was cold. The excellent localization in front of Morgan Tavern pub Restaurant, stores, hotels, beach, and trendiest street in Benidorm. Exceptional price and benefit.

The hotel was full. I couldn't do a late checkup. However, they gave us a room within an hour to take a shower and free lunch before the flight. It was very comfortable.

On arrival the hotel was lovely! The staff were really friendly and there were plenty of options for breakfast. We upgraded to half board half way through the holiday just for convenience with young children. The pools were great - huge size and loads of sunbeds. The pool bar was an added bonus too. The table football was great - as was the games room!

Sometimes at night it was abit noisy - but this was out of their control really with people leaving their rooms or coming back late etc.

The location was perfect and the hotel was clean. Breakfast had a large selection with lots of choice even as a vegetarian. Balcony facing the pool was lovely. Just wish it was a little warmer as we went in January. Lovely man on cheek out.

Cleaners was a little loud in the mornings but I guess some people get up early. Check in is too late. If your room is not ready you can be waiting a long time. Breakfast tables could have been set up.

Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was fab, well worth getting up for, I would say that lunch and dinner were ok, but nothing special, having said that, you could probably find something to suit everyone on some level

Check out was a nightmare, probably due to the fact that it was a bank holiday weekend, massive queues, felt so sorry for the staff, they were inundated.

Hotel was very clean and welcoming! Our room was spacious with comfy enough beds, tv, and a good view. Clean towels everyday as well as fresh bedding made. The pool was pretty big and very clean. Overall we had a pleasant stay! :)

The food wasn’t to our liking as it was a lot of fish which personally I’m not a fan of, there wasn’t as much variety for dinner food as I thought, but breakfast was much better for us. We could also only have water at dinner which was a little bland as some juice would have been nice. Our keycards also stopped working during our stay but we managed to get them sorted at reception.
