Aparthotel BCL Levante Club

Well located to the main area... pubs, restaurants etc. Large, spacious apartment for three of us. Fresh towels provided on request. We always stay in 3 and 4* hotels, so I was a bit skeptical not having stayed in apartments since I was a child. Lovely, clean and modern. Can't comment on the pool or facilities as we didn't use them, but looked very nice. Looking to return again later this year!

The twin room only had space for one person's clothing, so it could do with a second hanging space. And also mirrors in the bedrooms would be beneficial.

The location is perfect close enough to the strip. .There are a few wee quieter bars close by and a a couple of restaurants also shops for supplies.The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.The apartments are large with living area / kitchen which has a sofa bed . There is a separate bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed . my only criticism is that the bed is very uncomfortable but that’s my opinion. There are 2 pools a baby pool and a larger pool which is a good size .

Spacious rooms & clean in all areas of the hotel. The staff was friendly, drinks cheap and good size pool area. Reasonable priced room rates.

The rooms could do with more hooks on the walls and doors for bath towels etc. more drawer space in the single bed rooms would be helpful and another mirror in the bedrooms, was hard work 3 girls getting ready sharing just the one! But we did love the hotel and enjoy ourselves, just a slight criticism. For the price we was very happy!

Staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were perfect for us as a family with a baby. Clean and fresh looking reception area was very welcoming and the pool and bar facilities were clean and relaxing.

We had a first floor apartment that seemed to be near a generator which buzzed quite loudly every 2 to 5 minutes outside the main double room. It interrupted sleep a little but wasn't too awful. We played white noise which helped with the issue.

Hotel was clean and well presented, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and bar were just right for the amount of people. The rooms were spacious and clean, location wise it was perfect and within 10-15 mins walking distance of most of the bars, beach and shops.

The aircon in the room was weak at times with a thermostat that did nothing to change the settings, This made sleeping a little uncomfortable as there were no fans and the rooms got overly warm. However this was only at night and the rooms were cool throughout the day and early evening.

great location. within walking distance of beach and main strip but not too close that you hear lots of noise. hotel was very clean and staff were lovely.

Towels were only changed twice a week and apartment was only cleaned once a week but this was not a deal breaker.

Electricity went out for over an hour. Got stuck in lift. Issue when checking in the other 2 guests when we had already spoken to reception about them arriving 5 days after me and my partner as the holiday was for a marriage proposal I paid when I arrived for the 4 of us, and lady on reception argued that I had only paid for 2 and told the rest of the party how much I had paid for the apartment but a lovely man came and solved the issue.

Excellent experience, the whole complex was clean tidy and modern. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were very polite and friendly. The rooms were well equipped and modern with nice balcony's and a lovely lobby/pool area.

Not much, the only problems are things that cannot be changed i.e. the balcony's and pool area don't get sun for most for the day and you cannot fit a plug and usb in the sockets at the same time if you are using a UK-EU plug.

Staff were helpful and friendly, everything very clean and always plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Pool bar is also good value for both food and drinks. Only a 5 minute walk to the main bars/shops as well as some great bars/cafes etc round the corner, and only a 5/10 minute walk to the beach. Definitely will be staying again!

good size and layout, good size balcony, had a few British/English language channels on the tv. good location, close to some nice restaurants and not far from the cabaret clubs and bars.

only one mirror in the whole apartment which was in the bathroom, none in the bedrooms so made it very difficult to do hair. Only realised after losing a beach towel off the balcony that other apartments had clothes airers so we had to ask for one. Bathroom looked lovely but really needed an extractor fan
