My Pretty Payma Apartamentos

These have to be one of the best apartments I have stayed in Benidorm. Colina was just a fantastic host. The rooms have everything you would have at home. Iron. Hairdryer. Washing machine. Cooker. Microwave. Flat screen tv. Fridge. Comfortable beds. I honestly can't fault this place and will be going back soon. Thank you so so much for such a fantastic stay. It's so central but really quiet. Air con and safe were a complete added bonus. Communication is incredible also. Colina contacts you as soon as you send her a WhatsApp message. Shona x

Absolutely nothing. I've have no complaints at all about these apartments.

Fabulous location, so close to everything. Corina was amazing all the way through, she kept is informed and even managed to get us an earlier check-in. Apartments were clean and comfortable. The normal beds were really comfy. It could get noisy on a weekend with the bars, but that is to be expected and it didn't really bother us.

There were a couple of really small issues with safes, lights and kettles that weren't sorted by the time we left, but it was no big deal. The sofabed wasn't as comfortable as the normal beds, again to be expected, just make sure the smallest sleeps on it. The sun doesn't get on the pool until late afternoon but isn't an issue when you have everything so close.

We were a stag do of 15 blokes and this accommodation couldn't have been more perfect for us. The location is amazing, as it's right on the strip next to one of the main bars, about 10 mins walk to the beach and surrounded by eateries. The ladies at the hotel were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. In fact Corina helped organise our airport shuttle weeks in advance via whatsapp and was on hand when the coach didn't arrive on time. It is extremely well price as well. We've decided we'll be returning next May and will 100% be staying here. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

nothing, it was perfect

The staff could not do enough for us, we had bottle of fizz upon arriving in fridge and Christmas eve were given a gift of Spanish equivalent of Christmas cake. Reported no water going into washing machine and within 5 minutes someone there to fix. Cannot praise the staff enough and would definitely stay again. The beds were the best we've had in benidorm and were so comfortable. Also for small fee were able to do late checkout rather then having to drag case's round which was idea plus got to freshen up before leaving. Any questions we had were answered straight away

Didnt like the noise but in heart of benidorm was slightly noisy and imagine busy periods would be very loud making it hard to sleep and really could do with soundproofing

The staff could not have been more accommodating and the location was absolutely prime! we travelled as a hen party so it was in the middle of bars and restaurants and all within walking distance. it is actually extremely hard to find a property in Benidorm to accept hen and stag parties and this place was top notch. Corina was really easy to interact with through WhatsApp and even decorated our hens room with decorations and games which was a nice touch when arriving. That being said for it being a hotel with numerous groups arriving the hotel itself was very peaceful and not disruptive … would 100% recommend and will 100% be back

Nothing it was all perfect

we were only there for a short break 5 days it was in the middle of everything right on the strip if you love you nightlife this place is prefect stay for you,

The pool is too small for me for a longer holiday I had no use for it on this break so it was prefect. it can be loud at night but it didn't bother me at all we were there for the nightlife. if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this is not a place for you. you need to stay off the strip area. But if you are up for PARTYYYY this was one of the best locations at a Great price.

the staff were so helpful, the apartment itself was lovely, beds comfortable, balcony and view perfect, and the location fantastic! we will be back! Corina was wonderfully welcoming.

just small niggles really, nothing major. there weren’t enough glasses, only one of each, and there weren’t enough plug sockets, had to unplug things to use hairdryer etc. needs an extension cable or another socket. socket was also loose. tiny things though but would make the stay perfect!

Location, very good and we were on the 11th floor so it was quiet, even though we were right in the heart of it.  Lovely comfy beds nice clean shower worked very well. Fabulous views from the balcony with nice furniture on it and what are sun trap!

We were surprised when we were asked to pay cash on arrival, and I know it was in the agreement, but we just thought that they would accept the card that we had booked with.

Great position for these immaculate apartments. Well presented and the hosts were fantastic

Nothing not to like

Apartments were very large and spacious with everything in needed for our stay .Location was excellant Close to the bars and beach . Some people complain about the noise from the bars but personally we didnt think it was that bad ask for an upper floor room as i think they must be quieter

The pool area needs a sprucing up. No sun on it until after 2pm then only for a couple of hrs
