Hotel BCL Levante Club & Spa - Only Adults Recomended

Great selection of food, very friendly staff, rooms are a good size and very comfortable beds, generous with alcohol drinks. All in all great hotel and would recommend especially the all inclusive package.

Mould In the fridge and we asked for it to be cleaned and it was just wiped, bed sheets are meant to be cleaned every 3 days they said and ours was only once a week. lastly breakfast was poor but everything else was perfect

The hotel was spotlessly clean The staff on reception where very helpful and extremely friendly. The cleaner in the room was amazing fresh towels every day The entertainment staff in the daytime were brilliant and funny. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable I would have like a kettle in the room that's a minor complaint. Breakfast was excellent freshly cooked bacon and eggs and a large choice of items. The location was good a lot of bars and entertainment right on the doorstep The beach was about 10 minute walk away and the strip about 15 minutes. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and we did catch that a few times to go to the old town Overall and excellent hotel and stay

Would have like a Kettle in the room

This was my second time returning having stayed last year as well as a solo traveller. This time I did bed and breakfast only. I chose the hotel again as I felt safe and I like the location being away from the main nightlife but has plenty around and 15/20 mins walk to the beach with loads of shops on the way. The rooms and balcony are big and spacious with excellent air con. The tv has chrome cast which is great. I had a facial which was amazing and great value for price. Highly recommend when finishing your trip, I had wanted a massage also but unfortunately no availability (my own fault leaving it too late to organise). I was also able to get access to my room a few hours early at no extra cost and the reception were very helpful. The pool is excellent size and loads of loungers. No issues with getting a lounger at 12pm on a Friday when the hotel guests increased. The room was tided every day with fresh towels.

Having stayed the same time last year and not recalling this being an issue but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. I know this will sound very picky but the pillows in particular were too soft and affected me having a good nights sleep. However I appreciate this may not be the case for many others so wouldn’t let it put anyone else off! There was an ashtray on the balcony which was not emptied and strangely no bin the room (other than the bathroom bin).

3rd time stating here & always use booking.com, always pay at the property on arrival & always pay more or less same price. Give or take a few pounds. However on this occasion I was charged an extra £73 which they tried to say was due to exchange rate. No way had the exchange rate fluctuated by £73. Very annoying considering I’m a returning g customer. Staff on reception were NOT helpful at all and told me to claim against booking.com when it was hotel that took the extra £73 in the first place!! Definitely not good customer service at all. Very disappointed. Also pool bar myself & my daughter in law purchased 2 of the same drinks on 4 separate occasions & were charged 4 different prices from 5:60€ it went up to 15:80€

We have just returned from a two day midweek break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel staff were very friendly and worked very hard to keep everything running smoothly. The hotel was situated amongst plenty of bars and restaurants and there were lots of shops for gifts and souvenirs. Our room was very spacious and clean. As it was a special occasion the hotel was very attentive to extra details that were unexpected which was a lovely little touch to make our stay more memorable.

I couldn't find a microwave. However there was one but it was tucked away. A little suggestion would be to make this more visible. I'm sure if I had asked the staff they would have directed me to its location so this is not really a fair criticism.

It was clean. The room and bathroom large. Bed comfy. Good location.

We only had breakfast one morning. It wasn’t the nicest. Hot food wasn’t the best quality,the platter which looked like it should be bacon was awful and the sausages more like bread sticks. The orange juice was more like orange squash. The bathroom was large and clean, but only shower gel, a shampoo and conditioner would of been nice. The largest towel was just about enough to dry you and not nice quality. The hairdryer had to be pressed to make it work. This was really annoying and couldn’t work out why?

The food(breakfast/lunch/dinner) is the best that I already eaten in spanish hotels. But the snacks for All-Inclusive are the worst, far from the pool, not much and only available for 1 hour. The room is good, has a lot of space and a big balcony. The pool animation is amazing, you should try it! A big thank you to the animation team.

It is necessary to show the card every time you ask for a drink, it's boring. There are a All-Inclusive+ that they try to sell to you in the reception in order to have access to all type of drinks.

The hotel is just amazing. The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was lovely everyday. Always nice variety. The cocktails and drinks were fantastic. Big shout out to the entertainment team and staff they really make things fun and enjoyable.

Couldn't fault the hotel on anything. Only observation is the all inclusive part. We paid for the pluse but maybe you should add this to the price I feel it would make sense if its all inclusive.

Location, close to Benidorm Palace. On a bus route to the Old Town

A few too many same sex parties, even though the hotel states that are not accepted there

the hotel was very comfortable and great location. food was great especially the fresh section, where meat, fish and pasta were cooked right in front of you. staff were nice and helpful. definitely will be back

the hotel noted it was adult only and that it didn’t accept stag/hen do’s unfortunately the presence of two stag do’s were there while we stayed. this was the only negative. it did effect the atmosphere around the pool while they were rowdy
