MARK Hotel

From the first moment employees were very kind and clear. Location of the hotel was good, not far away from cultural places and there were a lot of restaurant/cafes nearby. Very large markets were nearby such as İdea and Maxi. And i want to visit cafes upside of Cvetni Trg.

Breakfast was good but when i read the comments expected better. Room was generally clean but the bed sheets weren't. Bathroom could have been better. I knew almost all the buildings in Old Belgrade are very rusty but referred to photos we expected better place. Actually everything was good but comments made us expect better.

It was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was performed every day (towels were changed, carpet was cleaned, bathroom was disinfected). The room was equipped with everything you need (towels, slippers, coffee machine, minibar, TV). Good lighting in the room. Staff was great, concierge service excellent. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Laundry service excellent although it takes a little long. Close to the airport shuttle station and main objectives.

Laundry service should be shorter, for those who need their clothes in the same day (perhaps extra charged but option should be available).

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of different choices of pastries, salads and sweets. Location is in quite area and near city center so everything is within walking distance. Staff was helpful and amazing, so we recommend this hotel!

Everything was really nice and we cannot say any negative things either about hotel nor its location and staff.

The breakfast was phenomenal, lots of different food to choose from and mostly very tasty. The location is also great, in the best part of Belgrade if you ask me. Also, the staff was very friendly and were always up to any task.

There were a few things we didn’t like. Firstly, our room had old stains all over the carpet, which obviously weren’t the cleaners fault, they were clearly impossible to clean. Also, the fixed shower head was hanging from the ceiling and little pieces of the ceiling were crumbling down on me while I was taking a shower. It felt a bit cheap and like no one invested a dime in these rooms for years. Also, we had to call the reception every time we wanted to alter the AC, which was annoying and we also felt that we annoyed the nice people from the hotel’s reception, even though they were always very pleasant! The owners should really do a bit of renovation if they want to keep up to the standards of a 4-star hotel.

This was our second stay at Mark Hotel, which certainly shows how pleased we are with the hotel. The breakfast is the highlight and the overall stay is quite pleasant. Rooms are constantly cleaned and have a few amenities when you get there, like a chocolate bar on the pillow and a large bottle of water. We'll sure go back there again in the future. The location is ideal by the way.

We encountered a slightly broken plastic lid around the toilet handle, but it was just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.

Modern hotel with comfortable bed, cosy bathrobes and big bathroom, which provides you with different breakfast every day. Hotel has a nice restaurant on the first floor with tasty kitchen. Location is perfect, just 15 minutes walk to the downtown, very close to Nikola Tesla Museum and Sant Sava Cathedral. Tried their laundry services, everything went perfect.

Restaurant downstairs don’t work during weekends. Our room hasn’t been made up properly, they just put the towels on the places and made up the bed, but there was no floor cleaning at all, may be I should put a sign asking to make up the room. And as it was said before the windows are very close to the office building, but it didn’t bother me at all.

The location was great. The room was quiet in and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was included, and my son and I could find things we enjoyed for breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was a bit old, and the fruit cups were slimy. Maybe someone could look over the buffet items before setting them out.

Very friendly and helpull staff. Both with information about sightseeing and the area but also about Serbians and their culture (We went to a wedding). Our room was a bit noisy because of the trams that passed by early in the morning so we got an upgrade to a bigger room at the 6th floor. Free of charge! The breakfast was amazing, from local dishes to continental, fruit and cake/ sweets, juices, milk, coffee, tea etc. and every morning something else. A good start of the day!

There is not much to complain about except from that the shower and toilet in the bathroom of our room needed a bit maintenance and that the beds were a little too hard for our liking.

It's a nice and small hotel, breakfast was really good and tasty with new options every day, fresh fruit and vegetables. Nice and kind stuff. I loved the location, very convenient with lots of cafes and shops and close to the very centre. Tv has many channels. View was nice , overlooking the building across the street and Beogradjanka building. Bed was comfortable. Nice cafe in the hotel offering meals for a good price. Check out at noon. Nice decorations. Good room temp. Value for money.

Minor things that didn't affect my impression,... such as, there's only one elevator and the building has 8 floors;, my room was small; coffee machine in the room can be used but it is charged; noise from the street- trams are noisy.

- Easy check in process. We were able to check in early too! - Helpful and friendly staff. - Comfortable extra large bed. - Lots of vegetarian choices at breakfast - Good location in the city, easy access to the whole city centre without the need for public transport.

- Room was next to elevator and the other guests stood outside our room door shouting in the mornings and evenings. I understand that the hotel can’t control this though. - No option to turn off air conditioning without removing the card that powers the whole room. The on/off button just didn’t work and the air con noise was a little bit annoying when trying to get to sleep.
