Professionalism... from the first moment... they saw me in front of the hotel... immediately reacted... came to open a door and help me with a suitcase... Very kind welcome words 🙏🏻...Miloš offered a better room with a better view... He is great... Always ready to help and he knows one step in advance the needs of hotel guests ...Everyone ...on the desk...waiter... other stuff... very friendly and at the same time unobtrusive... Veliko hvala od Senke (ostalo im u sistemu vratovi ime Luka ...nisam uspjela promijeniti)

Maybe add mosquito net on the windows 🤷🏻‍♀️

I want to thank Hotel for a warm stay and kindness) They make my first visit to Belgrade as magical as they promised in confirmation letter)))) My room was upgraded, birthday cake was waiting for me in the room, bathroom was fully equipped with everything needed, girls u don't have to take all ur big and heavy bottles of body lotions and shampoos)))) Starbucks on the corner was very helpful, perfect christmas decorations in and out of hotel were also great! Thanks again

Milos is the greatest hotel receptionist - knows all the best places in the city. Excellent advice for bars, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was wonderful (if you like savoury breakfasts!) Great location.

The single lift was total rubbish - at 7, selected 0, stopped at 1, back up to 7, finally down to zero. On the ground floor, selected (4,5,7), it did 0, 3, 2, 0, 4, 5, 7. Crazy. Curtains don't keep the 5am daylight out!

Perfect location in the central Belgrade. Staff working for the hotel were very polite, kind and prompt to reply to needs. Covid measures in place and well respected. The breakfast buffet was not the best, in terms of choice (e.g. I would have liked fresh squeezed orange juice, more choice of cereals and fresh fruit). However, the personalised orders (e.g. eggs) was excellent

Unfortunately, the last 2 days they had to make the service to the elevator, so it was not possible to use it. Fortunately, despite living on the 5th floor, I am sportive and did not have to carry many luggages

Almost great location at tye centre. Good quality of internet. Staff was great; smiling, capable and helpful ...

We all know minibars are expensive however in a country like serbia, you shouldn't put your customer in the position to buy a 300 ml water from the minibar at the same price as a 70 cl average quality wine in a supermarket ...

Great location in the city center — 5 minutes to the best Belgrade beer bar Samo Pivo and about 20 minutes to Skadarlija with all its traditional restaurants. The room was big and comfortable with a great view of the park. The carpet on the floor is very Serbian and very cosy:) The staff was super friendly too

Everything was pretty much ok, except for the lack of Airplay on the tv which we considered as common for the Mercure hotels, but anyway it's not a critical point

The hotel have a history so it is great to feel it and touch it. Perfect location right in the center of Belgrade. Excellent staff and helpful at any moment. You should visit the restaurant as it have something to impress you

The room needs a small arrangement and, please, add more power outlets.

The hotel has a long history - for those familiar with Milos Crnjanski, it is this hotel he stayed at when he returned from his London exile. The hotel still commemorates a part of that history. The staff is friendly, able, and up to the task. The location is amazing, the view from the top floors, stunning.

1) Perfect location - right in the middle of city center, walking distance from major attractions i.e. parliament bldg, nikola tesla museum, kalamegden and accessible to public transport/bus/taxi. 2) Clean and well-designed building and room, ample space and comfortable amenities. Good restaurant & bar with awesome food and drink options. 3) Great staff! They go the extra mile to make you comfortable - Special thanks to Bijana & Sandra in front office, Marija, George, Alex in restaurant

1)No cleaning and refills on coffee/tea/water/toiletry in the room 2)Very small elevator - so if you are given a high floor and to much luggage - good luck!

Good location, excellent reception staff

Stayed on two separate occasions,first room comfortable. The next weekend we had a different room on the 7th floor, not a very good design, Toilet in a small room , rest of room quite cluttered
