Hotel Opera Garni

Everything. The staff is super helpful, polite and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the city center. The breakfast was abundant and delicious (plus the main hot dishes change every day). The room was clean, spacious and the shower was nice. Also, they arranged a private car to take us to the airport and we couldn’t have been happier: the ride was smooth, the driver really friendly and we arrived pretty quickly.

There was no lock in the door of our room and there were no toiletries (aside from a general soap to use as gel and shampoo). Despite that, we would totally stay again and these are minor issues.

Excellent hotel. Excellent accommodation, has everything you need. The air conditioner cools very well, which is very important in the summer. Swimming pool, jacuzzi between the mountains - it's unique and beautiful. Silence and sounds of the breed. Delicious breakfasts, with love. The staff is polite! The hostess is very nice and kind. Always gifts - treats and compliments to guests. Loved the farm! Pets and garden!! For kids, this is great fun. You can ride ATVs (although we didn’t try this time, but I think it will be very cool in the forest) In general, we really liked it. Five points!!

The staff here were brilliant - so helpful and polite. Emilia even escorted us personally to where we could buy bus tickets in Belgrade! Nothing was ever too much for the staff, they were brilliant. Breakfast options were excellent as well and we had different delicious choices every day and on our last day when we left early, they let us into breakfast early as well :-) Location-wise, it is very close to Republic Square and also to the Bohemian quarter as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the Hotel is directly in the city center and perfect to explore Belgrade. The room was big and comfy and the WiFi was operating super reliable. The room had a very modern climatization which was super useful in the hot weather conditions of Serbian summer. We also liked the breakfast which offered an extensive variety of local specialities.

The joints of the bathroom tiles looked a bit moldy. A real piece of bread instead of only toast for breakfast would have been lovely.

The location is excellent, very close to the main square, trams and to the Skadarlija district. The hotel has a nondescript entrance (and taxi drop off and pick up can be a bit awkward), and inside the entrance and common areas it feels dated, with a smell of cigarettes at times. But my room had been recently renovated, and felt very fresh and comfortable. The lift too was new.

See above comments. Also the payment was a bit strange, with the hotel wanting me to sign both the credit card preauthorisation and the total bill.

Everything was good: cozy rooms (soft big bed, mini bar with good prices), daily cleaning (fresh towels, bed sheets were also changed), fresh served breakfast (eggs, meat, cheese, hum, fruits, sweets, pies, cereals, coffee, tea, juice), location ( 2 minutes walking from the main square; no rumors, no parties, so you can sleep well; there is no smell of cigarettes even if our room was situated above the smoking area - you can close the window and turn on the air conditioner), very friendly staff.

it’s not a big deal,but in the bathroom is needed a threshold so the water does not flow out, but they give you special towels for that.

Staff was superfriendly, polite and helpful. Do not remember the guy's name from the night shift, when I arrived. He did his best to order my transfer to airport. Emilija -lady from morning shift was amazing, fluently spoke my language (Russian) and helped with the city map and taxi to the airport (transfer could not pick me up on time, because I arrived late night & they could not adjust their schedule). I appreciate everyone's participation. Many thanks to kitchen staff. All was fresh, tasty and clean.

Centrally located. Decent room. Traffic noise was low due to 4 double glazing on road side. Comfortable beds Good warm water in the shower, keep in mind to check the temperature.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse over the days, specially bread. Not everybody knows the Serbian specialties or want to try them. Hotel lacks any kind of elevator, inaccessible for wheelchair users (to be honoust I admit not checking it when booking, because it is not an issue for us) There was some black moulding in the shower between the tiles, this should have been removed.

Nice breakfast, excellent location. Not much to add, generally a nice place.

1. One of the towels in the bathroom was not smelling like it is clean, although it looked like that. When I informed the receptionist, he just said "We are sorry". I really wish they reflect on this a bit, it really is a nice hotel otherwise. 2. I booked a room for two, but I arrived alone, and said my partner would be arriving later. When my partner arrived, the receptionist was unprofessional, and had a smug comment because we arrived separately. Luckily we are both easy going, but this could have easily got him into trouble.
