Crystal Hotel

the property was really nice and in beautiful surroundings in Vračar, and they are investing even further in it through the inclusion of a gym and updated conference rooms, as far as I remember. I didn’t eat at the rooftop restaurant but went up to look and it is just a beautiful gem that have up there, with a gorgeous view of the city and monuments.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like. The only thing I would have liked was a proper hair dryer in the room. The one attached to the wall (the old dryer/shaver outlet combo) is outdated and just doesn’t work very well. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is in principle very good one. The staff was fully helpful. Room was OK. The location is bit outside from the city center, but close to nice church. No cigarette smell, compared to some other hotels in the city.

Some minor issues should be mentioned to help to the hotel to improve - wifi signal was not stable and not fast enough, breakfast choice good but not perfect (for 4 starts), minibar overpriced (shop is just behind the corner and minibar prices are 5 times higher compared to shop prices). Room description is more optimistic than the reality (no coffee machine, but kettle, no iron, city view is view to the small street...). At breakfast is may take some time to get your coffee and ordered meal.

The personnel was nice, supportive, calm. On the registration we were suggested a room with a great view. The room is very nice. Probably the location is quite far away from the center, but basically if you like to walk the hotel is within the walking distance. Meanwhile you can take a taxi, it will cost about 500 din. The restaurant on the roof is just great! Meat is perfect, personnel is very nice and the view is fantastic! Roomservice is great, ladies are very nice. We stayed in the hotel longer than we expected - as we did not want to leave this place.

Breakfast is samey every day. There are no so many things to eat. The veranda for breakfast is just perfect, but it is not properly maintained - people leave and dirty dishes stay for a long time. It is rare that somebody come and clean those places.

The hotel was in an incredible location, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores within minutes of walking. The room was spacious. The breakfast was quite decent, enough for every taste.

The room had bathrobe, towels, slippers and the usual shampoo, shower gel and lotion, but not ear swabs, tissues or shower cap. The instant coffee and teabags did not get replaced after first day. Not a deal breaker for me, but was unusal.

Nice location, modern interieur, cosy rooms. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes, tasted really excellent. Rooftop restaurant is another plus

Room was not that clean like it should be, but it was okay for a night. Didn‘t like the attitude of the staff who picked me up at the airport. His political opinion about the ongoing war in Ukraine, the good Russians and the bad west is totally irrelevant and a no go if you talk to guests.

Very clean, excellent staff, also the hotel bar offers incredible view of the city.

We have ordered hotel taxi to air port for 35 EUR, we have expected a nice car of the hotel we kept seeing in front of the hotel, but instead they called a regular taxi from the street - there was not problem with the driver, we just expected premium service for premium price, which we did not get.

Great little hotel in a great location. Not located in the Old Town, but within easy walking distance of tram lines and with great bistros, restaurents and wine bars down the road. Very friedly staff and a roof top restaurant as well.

The air con was a bit loud, but it was competing against the 37C heat outside, so I was more grateful for its presence rather than annoyed about the sound. Similarly, the breakfast could maybe use a cooling unit in the summer for meats and cheese.

Nice hotel, in an exceptional location, in one of the most beautiful parts of Belgrade, near the Temple of Saint Sava, largest Orthodox church in Serbia, one of the largest Eastern Orthodox churches and among the largest churches in the world. An extremely pleasant stay, which was contributed to by the fantastic and very cordial attitude of the entire hotel staff.

Everything about the hotel. Breakfast is good. Rooms are cozy. Front office Milica and the Manager are excellent and assist to the maximum The best part of our Serbia tour was we again came back to Crystal Hotel and extended our stay from 28th to 30th July. Operation Director Leta Astril inspired us with unexpected surprises
