Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport

Location of the hotel is excellent for an overnight stay or a layover at the Krakow Airport, almost within striking distance of the runway but still in a very quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacious, modern and clean. WiFi was good, and there were some coffee and tea options. Really everything you need. There are good breakfast options and using the waffle machine was fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a free shuttle service to the airport.

I really have no complaints. The only thing I can think of which I was not happy about is that toiletries came in a dispenser instead of individual bottles, so it was impossible for me to take one home as a souvenir. :)

Place easy to find from airport, 24/24 opening, silence in bedroom, and breakfast at 4.30 am

Amazing that they have (even though ultra limited) breakfast starting from 3am for early travellers! I was able to get my coffee and a small bite before heading to the airport at 5am. Also the free shuttle service is great, although only at sharp hours (4am, 5am, 6am). The half-hour service is paid extra unless you're a hilton member. The location is walking distance from the airport at worst case so I was prepared to even walk it. It's only 7 minutes away! The room is not big, but it's super nice, with a very nice bed, a sofa, a desk and a MASSIVE TV! Facilities also really nice and clean.

It was implied that parking is paid. I only had to leave the car for a few minutes before dropping it off at the airport, so I didn't need to arrange that however. In any case, that's not a deal-breaker.

The room was fantastic, incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. The staff were wonderful and the hotel, while small, felt very premium with a very nice lounge. It was a perfect location as I was flying from Krakow Airport the next day which is a 10 minute walk down the road, they do offer a shuttle bus as well. Overall I had a very comfortable last night in Poland for my holiday and it was the cherry on the cake of an amazing holiday.

The only negative was the TV didn't seem to connect to the wifi so I couldn't airplay/cast and watch from my phone. I wanted to relax and watch Netflix but there was no way to connect to the TV despite there being instructions to do so.

Excellent breakfast. Great to start the morning like this. Pay attention to order a shuttle when you leave the terminal and wait near station number 3. In front of the Hilton Hotel (other hilton)

The shuttle driver. tried to load locals to the cab instead of us (we ordered the shuttle from the hotel). When we arrived to the hotel, he just got out of the taxi without saying anything. It took us a few minutes to realize that we had arrived. We got out of the taxi alone and looked for the entrance to the hotel. In the middle of the night, it's not so nice. But the hotel staff was friendly.

Super clean and comfortable hotel for stop over at the airport. Breakfast was good, not too much not too little enough choice and waffle making machines was a bonus.

The only criticism is the price, I was checking the prices few days before cos I didn't know what day exactly I would be flying back and in the end I paid £30 more as it was last minute. Also it says that the hotel is 400m from the terminal....actually it isn't and you have to take transport if you have heavy luggage or you can walk if you travel light but it is not nice when you have to walk at 1 o'clock in the morning

The style of the hotel, the waiters, and front desk staff took exceptional good care of me. My luggage were delayed, and they picked me up from the airport to rest and called me when the bags arrived at the hotel. I didn't have a 110 to 220v adapter, but each hotel room and lobby furniture is equipped with USB and C type charging. This was extremely important as my adapters were still in my bags. The breakfast was so fresh, the eggs and waffles were the most popular dish and kept well stocked. My room was exceptionally clean with complimentary waters in the mini fridge. I highly recommend this hotel for any traveler and they will make your arrival stress free!

It's a perfect hotel for a night stay before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is new and very clean and cozy, rooms are beautiful and spacious. You have everything you need inside, including a fridge.

The only thing I didn't like was the early morning snack before the flight. When you pay for breakfast but have to travel very early, you expect a bit more from a hotel which is located close to the airport. In our case it was a very limited number of biscuits, yogurt and coffee. I would advise the hotel to review the service quality for 3 to 6 am meals. The rest was awesome.

Location: The hotel's location was superb. As it's adjacent to the airport, I saved precious time on transit and could use that to relax and unwind in the comfort of my room. Yet, despite its proximity to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and quiet the environment was. Room: My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and filled with natural light, which added to the overall welcoming ambiance. The ergonomic workspace was a bonus, allowing me to catch up on emails comfortably. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with amenities, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced, ensuring a sound night's sleep.

Restaurant Hours: The in-house restaurant had somewhat limited hours, especially for late-night dining. As a traveller dealing with jet lag, having more flexible dining options would have been appreciated.

We stayed here after a late night flight arrival. The hotel is extremely close to the arrivals hall. We walked it in about 10 minutes - you certainly don't need a cab unless you've got vast amounts of luggage. The hotel is like any other at an airport - it's about convenience rather than character - but in that respect it more than did the job. Big, very comfortable bed, decent sized room, good breakfast. Lots of choice and plenty of it. I think it was pretty good value for this sort of thing and if I was in the same position again, I'd opt to stay there again.

Better instructions on the room temperature gadget would be handy. Turns out it doesn't work if you open the window (which we did as soon as we got in there because it was boiling). Once we'd rung and found out, it was pretty effective so no complaints from that point on.
