The room was very large and comfortable. Angelica, at the front desk, was exceptional at helping us with questions, directions, storing excess baggage, and arranging tours and taxis. One of the nicest places we've stayed so far. The only downside is that it is not close to restaurants for dinner unless you want pizza (which was excellent) or hamburgers (which were also excellent. I had one with goat cheese roasted beets, caramelized onion and beet sauce). There are many good restaurants within a 25 minute walk, but we were too tired after walking all day. All in all, an excellent place to stay!

We booked a Studio Apartment at this hotel which was generously apportioned with a large sleeping area, comfortable sitting area and a separate toilet / shower room. The hotel is in a largely residential area and our room had a view out over the adjacent properties. The area itself is quiet in the late evening and overnight and with the double glazed windows closed there is little or no noise to disturb your sleep. There is air conditioning in the rooms which is essential during the summer months if sleeping with the windows closed.

For the price paid and the size and standard of the rooms there is very little not to like. The hotel is slightly off the main tourist areas but there is a bus stop nearby which services several busy bus routes. Once you learn which bus to catch to get to your required destination, it is easy to get around. The nearest tram stops are a 5 minute walk away and again it is helpful if you know the best trams to catch to get to your required destination. A small fridge in the room would be great for couples like ourselves who like to make a cup of tea or coffee (with milk) when relaxing in the sitting area but we appreciate that this is not a priority for every guest.

Good location only a 15 minute walk to the Old Square, great breakfast which included a selection of cold meats, hot breakfast items, salad etc. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were also incredibly polite and helpful. Hotel is in a decent area, near to good transport links but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city's inner ringroad so noise was not an issue.

I only had two very minor issues. Firstly, the television was not configured properly and had no channels, we had a smart TV but we unable to connect it to our devices for screencast. Secondly, I like to have an iron and ironing board in the room for convenience. Again, two very minor issues which did not detract from what was a lovely little hotel.

All the receptionists we’ve met were very sweet and spoke english fluently. It was perfect for us, the room was very big, sheets were clean and smelled nice. We’ve visited Krakow for Valentines day and also got engaged, so we were very grateful for so good looking room. Breakfast was amazing, bread was soft even when we came half an hour before closing, enough tables and everything was modernly furnished. Be sure to make a reservation for parking before coming, there is limited number of spots, but it was very nice to have it, the gate is a little small so be careful, but it’s not a problem for a good driver :) it’s about 10minutes walk from the centre, very convinient. Price was amazing for what we’ve got :)

it was shame to see the hall cabinet and tables in older red-ish wood, rest of the room was beautifuly pastel-colored and modern :) but it’s not a flaw, just a recommendation <3

We were lucky enough to be given a very spacious attic room with views of the Wawel Castle. This was very very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were friendly and obliging. The hotel's location, whilst not very central, was quite satisfactory as it's only a 10-15 minute walk into the old town or the Jewish Quarter.

Our only minor gripe was that the Wifi coverage, at least in our room on the top floor, was poor and it was difficult to connect, and v. slow when it did connect. However, this was of little importance as our mobile phone data connection was fine.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Buses are right outside and we could walk or get a bus to everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I had booked this hotel despite it not having a lift because of the quality of the reviews and its location. Staff at the hotel were happy to carry my bag up the stairs as I would have struggled with this. At the entrance to the hotel is a fab coffee shop that serves breakfast and sandwiches which we ate at a couple of times. The beds were very comfortable. I personnally didn't like the pillows as they were too flat, but they suited my sister who was sharing a room with me. Restaurants were very reasonably priced in Warsaw and we ate at two outstanding ones. Elixir by Dom Wadki was only a shortish walk from the hotel and it was fab. Make sure you book well ahead, though. We ate at Alewino the second night which was a bus ride from outside the hotel.

nothing really

I contacted Benefis Hotel before my stay and they answered to all my requests. I confirm that it can be considered as a 3* Hotel. Staff is really helpful and kind. Hotel is situated 15 min by foot to the main square. Bedrooms are huge, clean and confortable. View to the castle is really nice.on the 4 th floor. We could leave our lugagge at the reception before going to the airport late in the afternoon. We will certainly come back ! Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good but not the best I have seen. It is a good value for money.

I don't know if all the rooms are as palatial as mine but it was huge, more like a suite. A very large comfortable bed. Then a sofa, couple of easy chairs around a large coffee table arranged before a huge TV. Also a handy work desk. Room had a separate lobby area with ample storage. Very large accessible wet-room bathroom (I'm not always that happy with wet rooms but this was so big most of it stayed dry. Lighting options in the rooms were also very good

I went for the inclusive breakfast option which turned out to be quite traditionally Polish "old school" so not very vegan friendly, bread, jam, salad and coffee. Also there seemed to be limited supplies, items ran out and were not restocked so you needed to act early. Nice dining room though.

Excellent location, walk-able to any major attraction within the wider city center area. Very good breakfast, good coffee. Clean place, easy to find and to navigate. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on the second floor, room 24 and wifi was terrible. Signal was so weak that sometimes just syncing emails was a big thing. Partially problem was solved by hooking up a PC with a cable to a LAN wall socket, but still, using internet over mobile phone for most of the regular stuff was a pain. Yet, this wouldn't prevent me from coming here again.

The location of the hotel to the old town was just a nice distance to walk - the breakfast was good with a very reasonable choice - the staff were very friendly and willing to help - the down side no milk for coffees in the room - had to buy your own milk which soon went off as the room had no mini fridge

As identified above about there being no milk available for coffee in your room
