Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow City Center

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had really loud people staying in the room next to us and once reported to the staff they managed to resolve the issue really quickly! Also, as it was my birthday when we stayed at the hotel, my mum asked at the reception for a cake and the lovely staff offered a complimentary piece which was very sweet of them. The room was also great with comfortable beds! Location was perfect if your goal is to do sight seeing.

The underground parking is a bit of a hussle, you have to keep asking for a key to get inside and its not on the same road as the hotel. Its a bit confusing and time consuming. Could be better but it's not terrible.

The first note you get when you enter in any hotel is the stuff. Well, at this point they were absolutely great. Very friendly, concise, understanding. Excepting the king rooms, all are cozy. Very good service of cleaning and breakfast.

1. I have booked 2 double rooms at this hotel and on our way to Krakow we were told that we were placed at another hotel. 2. Lack of private parking spaces. Especially when you are for the first time in the city, if it happens to be crowded like it happened to us, then it brings a little discomfort. 3. One of the rooms two single beds that couldn’t be pushed together + it had faulty air conditioner, water flowed from it all night. The stuff after being noticed by us the next day, gave us a reply that they knew about this issue. They had given us another king room.

Breakfast is excellent, good choices lots of variety and very tasty. The hotel is in a good location, we walked everywhere only 15min from the main square. Also a good base to go to Auschwitz and Wielicka Salt mines Pool and fitness were fun, we really liked our stay.

The bathroom was small and water from the shower got out. But it was handled by staff so it was no problem. The wifi sometimes disconnected requiring accepting the conditions again and in some rooms it was only strong in a corner, but overall it was ok.

Location, Modern, Good Service

Beds were 2 singles made into a double with 2 single duvets and how they tried to merge the mattress so couldn't feel the gap was so uncomfortable. Only given 1 pillow each and had to request another but they just put another inside the same pillow case which made no difference. First night TV internet wasn't working so after a full day around Krakow couldn't just chill in Evening, complementary breakfast as compensation which was nice of staff.

The property was in an excellent location, close to the landmark sites while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were modern and comfortable and a decent size. We especially loved coming to breakfast and eating on the patio.

It is hard to find fault but if I was to say one thing, it was be the lack of parking at the location.

Fantastic experience, in the heart of Krakow. Amazing location, helpful staff, good facilities, great bed.

The showers didn't have enough pressure (were clogged). Duvets were for single people (2x single duvets). Lamps above bed got extremely hot; giving decent burns on any accidental touches.

We upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. The room was huge and the facilities great. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced.

They could have more options for vegetarians. Vegetarian sausages at breakfast eg. Also no decaffeinated coffee was available.

It was close to old town and central to most activities. The staff were all really nice and friendly and the restaurant was nice too. I was really surprised how good quality the fitness equipment was too.

The property was in a good location to walk to the old town square & many shops & supermarkets around the corner. The room was very clean & comfortable & the aircon was amazing! The staff were very polite & helpful! It was great for my 3 nights in Krakow!

Good and quiet location. Very nice outdoor area in connection with the restaurant! Garage was full. But manager to find space in street close to the hotel. The young woman in reception explained the parking rules. User friendly parking meter. Had even explenation in english!
