Booking Hotel Crown Piast & Spa

This was a fantastic priced room. The hotel is very grand in appearance but seems quiet. It's a bit out of the centre but easy to travel to by either train, tram or bus. A bolt taxi was less than £3. There is a wee shopping arcade in the housing area behind the hotel about 5 mins walk with restaurant, supermarket, etc and it was lovely to mix with Polish people there. The staff were lovely and had way more English than we have Polish, granted that's almost zero!

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The food was not good on the one day we tried, perhaps explaining the empty restaurant.

nice and quiet place. Some restaurants and shops close by. The facilities are there but during our stay the spa was under renovation and the pool was closed, but that was not really an issue for us since the goal was to have a nice clean room to sleep in, which we got.

A bit too far from the city centre. On booking it said it was about 2.3km from the city center when in reality it was more like 4-5km. Thankfully uber was fairly cheap about 30PLN so getting to the city center was okish.

Very quiet and pastoral, for those looking to escape from the center to quiet, this is the place, hope the spa will work next time

For those who arrive without a car, a bit of a problem because the distance to the center is about 7 kilometers, The breakfast is not of a high standard, on the first day of our stay, we went down to eat at 9am the food was cold, and there was none of the staff, We wanted omelettes and waited about half an hour or so

Very polite and accommodating staff. Good quiet location with a great connection to central Krakow by a public transport, easy to park. Train station walking distance. Clean cosy room with tea, coffee and water.

The spa was not working. I was informed about it just 1 day prior to my arrival. The hotel was almost empty maybe due to the spa being shut down. The restaurant was not working, but just for breakfast The sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

Amazing place, quier, clean and cozy

The staff was not speaking a good english and thr restaurant and bar closes at 10 pm which during summer it s anoying. And if you want to stay later outside there is only one table.

I will ask this: is it possible to dislike something in a five-star hotel? The location outside the city center was perfect for us as we were traveling further afield and didn't have to deal with traffic.

It is a nice hotel, there is a lot of ground and it is generally all very nice

the restaurant had very few options on the menu, and a little overpriced for what was there. The spa/swimming pool were both not working, and we learned about this only after the booking was confirmed

The hotel is very good, clean, and in a quiet place.

At the reception, we were greeted not friendly at all. the lady checked in some people earlier for 20 minutes and when I asked can you check in us as well as we travelling a long journey she was very rude and said you have to wait till 16:00 pm.

Very comfortable hotel in a beautiful nature setting. Transport to centre was an easy 30 minute ride (one bus stop to the 24 tram to centrum). Great value for money.
