Q Hotel Kraków

Centre was easily reached by tram or train after a short walk to the stop or station. We were able to get train to airport to leave, from the nearby train station! We mainly used the tram to get into the centre. Breakfast very good - bacon, scrambled eggs, cooked meats, bread, cake, yogurts. They would cooked you an omelette, crepe or make porridge if you asked. Room was large and we were provided 2 bottles of water every day of our stay. Bar and restaurant in the hotel. There is a large shopping centre up the road past Lidl, with a hypermarket inside. KFC and McDonlds beside the hotel, if you are stuck for a meal.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfasts were always excellent and we greatly enjoyed them. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Whilst the location isn't central there is a bus right across the street that takes you directly to the old town. We very much enjoyed our stay.

There is a private parking lot, but a space has to be reserved in advance. I did find free parking on the adjacent street though so it turned out fine.

The stay was pleasant, rooms were clean. Me, my kids (2yr, 5yr) and my wife enjoyed staying in the hotel and delicious breakfast. The food was tasty and there was enough choice for everyone's need's. It was not expected and is nice that in the lobby there is a place for kids to play around. There are available toys, books, some board games, pencils, therefore we had a really relaxing breakfast and we used that place more than once during our stay.

Extra bed (sofa) was not quite comfortable, but that's my subjective opinion. Not possible to have Q hotel club points if reserved trough booking

I stayed in the hotel 3 nights in June 2022. It was a business trip. The hotel completely matched my expectation for such kind of trip. There was everything needed including iron, a really good breakfast, parking (there is some comment here), good location close to the airport.

Two small comments for improvements: - parking lots are very narrow - they still ok for a small car but hardly fit SUV - a table in a room could be a little wide to fit a computer But there are really minor comments which do impact the overall impression.

The receptionist was friendly, and checked in half of our 2 room party ahead of the others arriving. They raised their heads everytime we walked past, so they seemed eager to help if needed, but at the same time left us alone. The room was very clean, a decent size, double bed, 2 bedside tables, small sofa and a desk. They provided thicker and a thinner pillow for each guest. I've never had that before, and it was nice to have that option, and certainly it ensures a good nights rest. Duvets was 2 singles, which again i have never had and probably prefer to a standard double. Bathroom was small but neat, not new but in good condition and no signs of mold. Water was immediate and hot (or super hot if you dare move the handle from the middle). Breakfast is served in reception. I didn't eat, but it all looked nice, seemed peaceful and quite inviting. Location wise, the KFC nextdoor is open til midnight, and the petrol station also next door to it is open all night. when i say next door, i mean ~20metres.

i've had to think hard, and i'd say the most dislikable thing is that the lift/elevator only speaks in polish? and secondly if you don't know you have to push the glass pane "buttons" hard, you'll go nowhere. I don't know if it's good value for money, because i don't know what money buys in poland, but i'd guess that it's good value for what you get.

Hotel is in a good location with only a 10-15 minute drive to the city centre (Uber only cost £4 on average). Perfect hotel for a city break. Staff were nice and welcoming. Bed was comfy and spacious.

The address on booking.com is not the correct address for the hotel (not the hotels fault). During our 4 day stay the room wasn’t cleaned at all. We were not expecting a full clean every day but just to clear rubbish, check toilet rolls and towels etc would have been nice.

It was an Amazing stay, The staff are very helpful and the overall vibe of the place was and is very relaxed, Lidl close by if you need some snacks, KFC and Petrol station right downstairs very close to the airport and not far from the city by car usually around 15 Min depending on traffic :-) I would highly recommend staying at this Hotel :-)

Clean and modern hotel. Rooms are nice.

The view is not great. Cleaning starts at 8AM. So first morning we were unpleasantly woken up by the noise. After asking at the reception if they can do something about it I was informed that cleaning starts at 8AM and it says so in the rules that can be found in the room. Fortunetly the receptionist said that she will see if something can be done about it. Next morning was better.

Staff are very friendly, hotel is clean, rooms are small but comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Our room was facing the road and the petrol station but we requested other side of the building and there was no problem. Close to the airport.

Double rooms only 1st and 2nd floors.

It very modern building, looks very new. Despite being close to a busy road, windows provided great sound isolation so it was comfortable to sleep. Also because room is equipped with an AC unit. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Bathroom was clean and nice looking.

Nothing. I'm happy that I had absolutely nothing that I wouldn't like.
