Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Fernando

The rooms are big, there are two queen beds per room. There were four of us but still took two rooms. There's an ice maker and water dispenser outside the halls. The aroma around the lobby when you enter is refreshing.

The rooms need some soundproofing to prevent reverb. It's generally quiet until people are talking and walking in the halls or cleaning. There was a problem with the credit card system that it got double swiped and charged but it was addressed properly on the phone even though we were already home.

The room is clean and well maintained.

It would have been perfect but our breakfast was supposed to be brought to our room at 830am. Called the front desk to ffup at around 9am, they told us to wait for 15 mins bec pancake house had delays in delivery. At past 10am, I called again but was asked to choose from other food options because if we were to place our (original) order, it would take another 30 to 45 mins. I got mad because our orders were taken the day before and after following up an hour prior, we were told to wait for 15 mins. Seriously, were our orders not placed? So instead of our original order (waffles and 2pcs chicken plate), they just served us ham and eggs and chicken/spag because that was what's available (after waiting for 1.5 hrs). They gave a free beef tapa but what happened was really disappointing.

Beds were comfortable, the AC's working properly, staff was friendly and attentive. There's also an ice machine on the 2nd flr (not sure where else), which was really convenient.

Water pressure was a bit low during our stay, but that's a minor issue. There's also no breakfast in-house (there's bread and jam, juices, and instant coffee, though), but they'll place an order for you from the nearby Pancake House.

The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I think it's 1 of the best hotel in San Fernando Pampanga. I would take my family to stay with them again. My kids live the pool. The room was very comfortable and clean. We felt safe and the location was a easy jeepny ride to SM mall and back. Lastly, my wife was happy staying there.

Nothing it was all good!

Location can't be beat. We arrived by car and it has ample parking space. Guards were helpful with staff. Reception helped with ordering of breakfast meals. Pool was kept clean too. The free ice machine and water at hallways helped because it was sooo humid that day we were there.

We have an additional guest who was asked to pay as an extra person but was not given her own stuff (toiletries, pillows, towels) during our 2-day stay. What a bummer.

The size of the room was great and had everything we needed! I have been employed by some of the best hotels in the USA has a Chef & I have owned seven restaurants, the staff at Microtel is one of the Very Best I have ever encountered! Every staff member we encounter was very friendly and attentive!

We liked everything!

I've been three time to this hotel and found it to be very pleasurable both the location and staff.

Unfortunately the beds are very uncomfortable and my last stay room 205 when you showered the floor flooded. The tiles allow the water to flow into toilet floor not back into shower.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Very good location. Shuttle to and from SM mall is available. Staff were very friendly. Filetered drinking water were conveniently located.

I wish for the price breaksfast should've been included. I would've like the Complementary coffee and cream replenish every day.

The room was clean and comfortable, the guards are respecful.

I noticed the staff prioritizes foreigners. A pair of Filipino guests and I had to follow up on our rooms because it's already past 2 PM and they already assisted all the foreigners who came after us. Not a good experience.

I liked the hotel overall very pleasant with great staff and also very clean. Also in a good location.

Bed was very uncomfortable and wifi could have been better. Also in the mornings around 4.00 could hear a lot of noise not sure if guests or staff.
