Red Planet Clark Angeles City

Being on holiday in the Philippines just short of a whole month with my partner , the Red Planet Angeles city was excellent value for money for our 12 night stay it was just a short trip away in a Jeepney or trike from the the sights of the famous Walking street in Angeles , also it was very close to SM Clark SHOPPING CENTRE, it had a restaurant on the ground floor where you could have an excellent meal and drink at cheap prices also in the hotel room they had their free hair dryer on the wall , my partner has long hair so it came in very handy after she showered to dry her hair . Most Red Planet hotels we have been to have that free hair dryer on the wall , which is an excellent idea by the management of Red planet hotels , it attracts people to return to the property next time they visit .

One of the things I didn't like was the internal phone system I had problems with my bank account and I wasn't able to make a simple overseas phone call to fix my bank account up . I found out later that you can't ring an overseas number from that location which doesn't make sense to me I know it's a Philippine Government law which is stupidity in my book .

The staff were very accomodating, friendly, and professional. The location was accessible to public places and transpo. There were nearby shops, restaurants, and hotels to choose from.😇 The bedroom was clean, spacious enough to move and cool aircondition.

Hopefully next time, the internet connection will be more stable in each floor. We were not able to connect and watch movies on the televsion because of poor connection.

I'm a fan of Red Planet hotels, having stayed at multiple locations over the years. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. This location is no exception.

The only drawback is the noise from the busy roads nearby, making it a bit hard to sleep. This was expected and there's nothing management can do about it, except maybe give me a room on the opposite side of the building. I did request a quiet location, but they must not have had availability at my price point.

Stayed 3 nights. Good clean room. Good price. Good shower/good water pressure/ hot. Good bed. Good aircon. Good toilet/ bidet sprayer. Good location. Good lighting. Friendly staff. Good security. I felt safe there👍

Only 2 pillows on bed. Small mold in shower. 1 Window curtain hook broken. Door hard to open and makes a Very Loud popping sound when opening.

Price was good. I was also able to book a room despite booking late already (4pm same date). The room was okay, clean--ish. Checking in/out was fast and hassle free.

The pillows were not okay. Appears as though there was minimal filling inside. They had the very barest essentials.. No toothbrush, vanity kits, etc.. (which I didn't really mind since I brought my own).

Small but comfortable place to stay. Easy check in and check out.

Internet is slow when you try to use your own data (I’m using globe) haven’t tried their free wifi though. You have to bring your own toiletries as they don’t provide those. I hope they also try to help guests on the parking specially when it’s raining.

i was this hotel 4 times.. Hotel is nice, good location, all staff is very nice and helpfull, especially Mhay from reception and security.. very good value for money.. also hotel restaurant down have very good food and staff. you can order food to room too.. i will come back soon..

safe box not working but staff change me it in 5 minutes👍..

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Good staff and good wifi. Great hotel with good price. We only stayed for one night and it fulfilled our demands. A good breakfast at the restaurant next door.

Nothing to complain about, maybe the AC a bit loud.

For the price, it's comfy, secured and has all the basic stuff you need in the room. Strong WiFi, hot water, cool AC and fan if you want, TV with Cignal and radio channels. Bed is nice with comforter, no bed bugs and I had a good sleep. The staff, front desk and guard are all nice. The breakfast is so-so but available all day, you have to pay but the restau ambience and service is really good.

The room and bathroom is fairly clean, just the toilet bowl is not well-maintained. Also, the safe is not working, perhaps need to ask the staff for the batteries. You can easily hear the sound in the hallway, like people talking or housekeeping passing by back and forth but just a few instances. AC squealing noise, it's tolerable tho.

The room was a bit of a squeeze for us and our luggage, but not insurmountable. The shower tray did not drain as quick as the shower provided water, so the bathroom did get quite wet.
