The place was accessible. Near the walking street and SM Clark. For me, it is already an old building.
We expect to eat a buffet breakfast on the day after but we didn't. The breakfast was served by plate (the staff informed us if the guests will not avail for 25 pax, breakfast will be serve in plates not buffet style). Thats the reason why we booked here. We went continue to sleep and have brunch instead. The pillow cases has stains as well. My partner also worked as room attendant, thats why he was meticulous in the room when we entered.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They were quick to respond to any requests and made me feel truly welcome. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which enhanced my overall comfort and enjoyment.

Like the facilities, specially the hairdryer. The room also is clean. The TV is working but has limited channels to watch on. The shower has hot and cold water in it. The lights are very relaxing
We didn't like the bed as it is not soft enough.

Location is great, close to jeepny terminal, close to sm, the rooms recently renovated, staff are 1st class, friendly and very helpful , booked for 1 night stayed 4 nights, in hotel food great at good prices, room rate value for money when booked on line, walk in dearer, would highly recomend

The Air Conditioner placement. The room above mine, condensation from their Air Conditioner, fell onto my Air Conditioner, causing noise day and night.
