Fields Plaza and the ABC team give the most amazing 5 star experience and want to express to ABC group and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at Fields Plaza hotel. We enjoyed your hospitality from the get go. Our first encounter was with Elle at the front desk who treated us like royalty. From then on, every encounter with your personnel was excellent. The apartment offered timeless elegance in a relaxing setting. All the Fields Plaza and ABC personnel attain the level of service offering true dedication to the industry.

Just got back from having spent a hugely enjoyable 5 days at Fields Plaza Hotel. Superb location, and luxuriously decorated with very helpful staff. Cath in reception deserves a special shout out for helping me arrange delivery of some of my luggage I'd left behind. Great stuff 😁

The room was clean, very nice. The hower door didn't close and the shower head was coming apart and didn't work properly. Everything else was excellent

I enjoyed the location and appreciated the staff.
We had a plumbing issue (pipe burst under the kitchen sink) but the staff was quick to assist and get the matter resolved.

The hotel was awesome and in a great location. There is a 7-Eleven next door and an ATM on the front of the hotel. It can be very difficult to catch a taxi, other than a tricycle. You need to use Grab to be able to get a taxi in a reasonable amount of time. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but their sister hotel, ABC does and it's awesome and very near.

Our stay was really superb, we had problems with the AC but they were so kind to upgrade our room, that made my birthday a blast! It was our first to visit Pampanga and they made our stay really special.
