We liked the room! It's bright.. The pool was really nice for my kids. They also have a kids area. Breakfast buffet was abundant! All the staff were helpful and friendly. From the security, concierge, reception, f&b staff, housekeeping and kichen department! Everyone has shown us wonderful experience during our stay.. I kindly asked for packed breakfast meals for 4 of us at the reception, since we were checking out super early. The kitchen staff delightly offered us 3 packs of breads and pastries and rice meal for me. Room service delivered it at the lobby before we checked out.

Breakfast was very generous, lots of options to choose from. Salads, meats, chinese, american, english and filipino options were prepared! Definitely the highlight of our stay! And lounge access was great as well, cocktails and pastries, and other refreshments available so you do not need to go out to grab something to eat. We upgraded our room to avail of an early check-in plus lounge access. This is a no-brainer for us and we truly enjoyed the perks of the upgraded room. The room was clean, and aesthetics were homey but modern. Bed was comfortable. Facilities of the hotel are maintained and spotless clean.

Compared to other hotels in the area, this is value for money! Room was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our room view was facing the main road. It comes with a large bed and a sofa bed. Friendly staff - from the hotel lobby, upon checking in, the restaurant staff, pool attendants. Breakfast buffet was really good. Had a lot of variety. It could have been better but for the price --- it's worth it! I liked that they don't offer bottled water in the room but instead unlimited water thru the water dispenser along the hallways.

I wish that there would be a water spray inside the bathroom :)

The breakfast was awesome - In the past one month i stayed in 6 hotels - i experienced the best breakfast - Room size was good

The window doesn't have curtains and the glass are see through means the others can see inside your room means no security - the washroom has no place to hang your clothes - the washroom door is fully glazed glass again you can see inside who is taking shower - wardrobe door is not working and have lights which can only be off if you fully close the door so what i did i bypass the sensor so no lights while i am sleeping - the management should look into this matter

I like most the people, starting from Jason at front desk, Ghin, and those servers / waiters in the restaurant at breakfast (sorry, I’ll get your names next time) and dinner. They are great personalities who best represent the above par quality service of Quest Hotel. Keep up the excellent work and service, team Quest. 👍

Those at the restaurant who got the list of guests to avail of breakfast. I was a bit off on the first breakfast day, 17th, when I was told by the staff at the reception that my room rsvn was only for packed breakfast. When it was made clear at front desk when I checked in that I have 2 more pax for dine-in. And it caused some delay, there were guests behind me then, since she had to re-check the list. I suggest that there should be a better way to “communicate” such a misunderstanding without necessarily making the guest feel awkward (like how i felt then).

My family was thoroughly impressed by their unmatched hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to cater our needs. The lounge staff, including Chelsea, Nichole, Emmanuel, and Bernard, were particularly exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel like we are valued guests. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotels amenities, such as the pool and children's play area, were also top-notch. I highly recommend Quest Plus Clark and we can't wait to come back!

Staff were mostly pleasant and courteous. Food was good and buffet had healthy options. Rooms were well maintained and very clean. Good location. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, churches also!

I didn't like that I was charged Php 400++ for breaking the glass for toothbrushing. It was hazardous to put it there in the first place and could have injured me had I not seen that it got broken with just a slight nudge from the toothbrush. They gave me a receipt for that though.

The overall VIP perks, treatment, privacy and the villa look.

- Doors too heavy (not ideal for kids or seniors) my kid panicked 2x not being able to get out of house and bathroom - backyard flooring are tiles which absorbed the suns heat, it was too hot to walk on when barefeet since we were swimming - microwave would have ben nice - bigger ref since it is a villa not just a reg room - there is an area of the sofa that smells like feet. - you have a big tub but no bubble bath or more bath gels (2 tubes are not enough since the bath gels are not too soapy - telephone at the sala since everytime phone has to be used/rings we need to rush to the bedroom or toilet.

What I love the most was the location of the hotel. Surrounded by lots of trees, cafes ,restaurants, park etc. It's very refreshing . Breakfast was delicious various selections. Staffs were exceptionally amazing 👏 they're very warm. We love the facilities especially the kids play area. My daughter enjoyed very much. We really enjoyed our stay and considering to have a vacation here again. Thank you Quest hotel. God bless 🙌 ❤️

It will be better/more convenient for guests if the the hotel will install a bidet in the bathroom.

Room was particularly clean and sanitized. The Q lounge for breakfast was nice with a great view. Staff was very courteous. Parking was plentiful. Best of all, AC was strong...

One thing I was not fond of was the assistance required on meal buffet, though it was understandable why it has to be done. Elevator is small and only 4 people can be accommodated.
