Central Park Voorburg - Relais & Chateaux

I can't say enough positive things about the Relais. Every bit of the environment & ambiance was beautiful and relaxing. Food was fantastic, the bed was astonishingly comfortable. And the staff was hands down the most hospitable I have ever experienced. Christian, Michel and Elizabeth were beyond accommodating and went out of their way to insure my stay was enjoyable. They even took the time to sit and inquire about my travels and really were fantastic about answering questions and offering advice and suggestions. The best stay I've ever had. I honestly did not want to leave!

The hotel is charming and the room extremely comfortable. All staff were great. "normal" breakfast was nice and it was more than enough for us. The bed was super comfortable and also the restaurant was really nice (they recently got 1 Michelin star). Location is not in the city centre but easy accessible by bus or train. Also there are nice café, bars, restaurants and parks in the neighbourhood

Nothing really. Only the TV did not have international channels (or at least I could not find them) but that was not an issue as we do not watch much TV anyway.

Amazing place, I assume that this place was a mansion. Located in a middle of green park, the neighborhood arownd the hotel is quiet and can be a great escape out of buisy city ritm. The place looks and feels really fantastic. Recommended to all kind of travelers single and families. The rooms clean, and the resvise is just amazing.

Lack of elevator is a small disadvantage of this hotel. The stairs will be a big issue for people with strollers and handicap persons. The bad was to soft for me, but it is a personal preference, so just keep it in mind.

This is a Relais & Chateaux property family owned and operated in a super fine upper class residential neighbourhood. Park and canal nearby. Very close to The Hague. Excellent restaurant for evening.

Be sure to decide on your breakfast option to avoid disappointment. There are two breakfast options: standard and "de luxe" which we have not been informed about at check-in. As a result we have received the standard option and been watching other guests indulging in champagne.

Very pleasant, nice hotel - Easy check-in and greeted with a smile - Well appointed room with a beautiful view on the park. Room service breakfast was complementary and on time.. very much appreciated. No fuss, just very nice for the short stay I had.

Very nice bedding quality but was completely wrong for the season.. very fluffy bed with very heavy duvet and sheets. This would be wonderful in winter but it was all a bit too soft and cushy for my taste.

Heavenly surprise. This Boutique Hotel is stunning, set in a beautiful park few meters away from Voorburg center (lively and pretty) and at a very short cycling distance from Den Haag. The staff was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Not only did they accommodate us in a very satisfactory way (for our bikes notably) but they did so with a constant smile and positive feeling that made us feel very welcome. We were uprgaded upon arrival into the Royal Suite! And it did feel Royal! It was incredibly spacious, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. It granted a view of the park and the bed was fantastic. Given the general feeling of excellence and hospitaliy we decided to have dinner there and the 7 courses menu was one of the best gastronomic experience we've had in years and would deserve at least one star. Service was state of the art, again. Breakfast was a premium experience as well. The overall feeling was absolutely outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Central Park is a wonderful place. The classic house is really beautiful, as was our room. Beds are of the highest quality. Breakfast was great, on the terrace overlooking the park, and the waitress was absolutely superfriendly. Although there is an elevator, there are some stairs to be climbed in some cases but nothing too bad.

Some handsoap in the bathroom would have been nice. And shampoo/shower gel could have been better and more. Charging our small hybrid car battery was possible but at a price of 25 Eur. At home this would have cost just a few Eur. That is a pity.

Bedroom: everything you need for a good night's sleep. Exceptional setting and good location. We also really appreciated the peace and quiet. Breakfast was just excellent. In short, we loved it.

There's nothing to say. There's nothing to say. Except for a little duck that woke us up the day we were leaving (just kidding :). That's part of the nature we enjoy.

Everything was wonderful. We had a huge beautiful room with a great view of the park. Comfy king-sized bed and lovely lounge set to ease in after arrival. Also extremely impressed by their friendly staff who were always ready to help and made sure we had an enjoyable time. It was possible to rent a bike for the day to explore the surroundings and towns nearby. Breakfast was worth what we paid for and more! It was a shame we booked only one night - would have loved to stay longer and will definite go back!

The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, and is ideally located for visiting the tourist sites of South Holland. The rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very professional.

The pricing and pre-ordering system for the two types of breakfast was slightly confusing.
