Spacious rooms, comfortable king-size bed, extraordinary location ot few steps by the central rail station and the city centre, a lot of interesting places in the very close proximity and of course famous Oskar who is always friendly looking and ready to propose right answers to the guests! Parking in proximity on reduced prise for the guests.

Centralized fan system, no option for in-room regulation.

This was my favourite of the hotels we stayed in while in the Netherlands. The location was excellent - a short walk to the train station and the main square with plenty of excellent restaurant options within a 5 minute walk. The room was absolutely huge and so so comfortable. The staff were also the friendliest we encountered. I would definitely stay here again!

Can't think of a single thing!

The location was excellent - close to the train station and main attraction / restaurant sites. The owner was very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The elevator reaches the second floor and if you are staying at the third floor, you should carry your luggage from the stairs. I did not have a huge luggage but it may be difficult for others.

The location is super convenient, located between the central station and the shopping area (can walk to both destinations in a few minutes). Although located in the city center, the neighbourhood surrounding the hotel is quite quiet. The room is very spacious with high ceilings. Modernly decorated bathroom is definitely a pro.

The carpet on the floor looked a bit dirty. The air conditioner made noises. Curtain had to be down all the time, but that's not what the hotel could do, because I lived on the ground floor. No desk in the room, but the staff member was very kind to add a table and chair to my room. No sofa to sit on to relax. Given the large space of the room, perhaps the hotel can consider adding a sofa for the guest.

Perfect location. Quiet and close to everything and close the best restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and is getting more and more beautiful as they are renovation. The room are clean, beautiful and well furnished. Hosting is great, flexible and very nice. We stayed in the biggest room with is very confortable. It is definitely there that I will stay again in Den Haag. Thank you and good luck to the new owners in their fantastic project.

Oscar was wonderful. He was not available when we arrived ( early ) we called and he came within minutes. Gave us an upgrade. The facilities are beautiful. Exceeded our expectations by far. Oscar shoed us on the map where to go and what to see. He was more than accomadating Thank You

We loved everything

Great staff, super friendly and flexible. A very nice and sizable room with its own character and excellent value for money. I received an upgrade because of the somewhat chaotic check in process.

Reception was a bit chaotic. But resulting issue was resolved quickly by the hotel itself and without any hassle for me. In addition to that I received a room upgrade.

The hotel was well located and the room had really high ceiling and plenty of light. The bed was comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor so we benefited from a lift.

Since the room was pretty spacious, 2 armchairs instead of one would be more appropriate. Not enough power points.

Naturally, the hotel offered a breakfast typical of northern European countries which was rich and satisfying. We, as Italians, chose an Italian breakfast with cappuccino, coffee and biscuits. The hotel was chosen for its central location in Den Haag, close to the train station and the main national offices.

I don't know if it was foreseen but I would have appreciated the possibility of seeing international channels on the TV in the room

This was a very nice hotel close to the station and the city centre. The manager was very friendly and gave us an upgraded room. The hotel was a classic old building that had been restored. breakfast was fabulous, very filling with a wide range of options.
