Residence Inn by Marriott The Hague

Great hotel, very modern, located in the center of the city. We received a large room with a great view, confortable beds and a fully equiped kitchen. The staff was very nice and did their best to make our stay as good as possible. They even changed our room with a larger one and added an extra bed for our child so we can sleep better. We had a perfect stay! The kitchen is a great bonus especially for families with children. Highly recommend the hotel!

The breakfast was very good but almost the same every day.

Nice room equipped with a small kitchen. No noise, nice view. Had a good rest. Nice little gym and very friendly staff.

We were glad we could take our breakfast to the room because the breakfast room was a mess. Simple breakfast, not exceptional but good enough. Being in such a small space with other guests, some of them more annoying than others, is not a pleasant experience. It got very messy as well. Staff does their best to manage.

It's a beautiful, modern hotel with very comfortable rooms. It was all clean when we arrived, though we did not have room service again in the 4 days we stayed there.

It seemed the hotel is under staffed. The breakfast was a disappointment, there were not enough place to sit and there was only one person trying to serve breakfast and keep the tables clean.

The staff were extremely friendly and the location is so close to the station.

The fitness room facility machines were very dirty and full of sweat. There were no wipes and sanitizer in the fitness room to clean the machines and also no cups to drink the water out of. I asked the staff and water cups were placed in the room 3 days later.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It was walking distance to everywhere. The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and all so clean. Large space to put our luggage and clothes.

I wish the breakfast is more appealing considering the quality of the hotel. Also if there is a bath tub then the room is just perfect!!

Very well located, clean and comfy

When we arrived the shower gel bottle was empty, the shower went hot and cold everytime, there was a flickery light in the bathroom, it was a bit confusing to find the lobby since it’s a shared building with another hotel, breakfast has poor choices and they don’t restock it constantly during breakfast hours

Easy check-in, were willing to assist with late checkout. Convenient for train & tram.

Cleaners did not spray cleaning fluid on kitchen surfaces in intermediate clean. Wiped with the damp dish cloth. People hanging about, outside the door made us conscious of security.

This is a newish hotel. The young staff work exceptionally hard to make everything as pleasant as possible for their guests. The facilities are excellent. The only slight hiatus is when everyone wants the buffet breakfast bar - served in a communal lounge space - at the same time.

Easy walk to Central Station and to the centre of The Hague.

The decor in the room is ok with neutral colours, but too much neutral does end up being bland.

Location was very good, modern amenities good for longer stays. Very nice room with kitchen. Breakfast was included in the price.

Breakfast was more american than european.
