amazing hotel! lots of beach space and different pools. Gym was nice and the rooms are beautiful

prices were insane! we even had pay 18% service for the breakfast buffet… you need to tip them all the time basically. also, we did an activity and when driving back with a taxi that did not work with the hotel (was much cheaper) the hotel was a bit unfriendly to our super nice taxi driver, which wasn’t nice.

Reception staff rood and unresponsive. I would expect much better service when checking into a Villa at a luxury hotel. Same at checkout. Hotel Restaurants too pricey. We tried the Kosher menu but the food was literally uneatable..

Nice ambience. Rooms were pretty with excellent views. Beautiful hotel.

Very dirty pool. Lounge chairs at pool were very uncomfortable and I heard other parties say the same. Layout wasn’t ideal in my opinion. Had to rely on golf car service for everything. Transportation to airport is excessively expensive - it’s a 10 minute drive and the hotel charges $100 USD.

All the staff members were very attentive to our wishes and needs

No place on the property to get just a muffin and coffee; breakfast is a little pricey. Even those of us with means don't always want to spend $40 per person for breakfast each day.

The extra costs for food and drink in the on site restaurants is very high.

Everything about this resort is exceptional. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, spacious and have everything you need. The attention to detail and courtesy of the staff were meticulous. The adult only pool area was beautiful and beaches pristine. WiFi was excellent despite the size of the resort and the spa was the best I've ever visited

My only qualm was how expensive the food was. Given how much you pay for the room it seems steep, but saying that the portion sizes are big and the food is excellent.

Nizuc is absolutely flawless. The decor and location is exceptional, staff are helpful, friendly and speak perfect English. The food is delicious, rooms spacious, beds comfortable and everything pristine. The garden pool villas are just spectacular, the internet is great throughout the resort. The adult only pool is a nice touch for peace, the beaches and loungers are super comfy. Essentially, I cannot fault this this and will be sad to leave.

The food in the restaurants I personally think are too expensive, but the portion sizes are decent and they are of course delicious.

nice decor, facilities overall. La Punta restaurant was excellent.

reception staff were rushed and unfriendly. breakfast staff could not handle 1/2 full restaurant with buffet. gym poorly equipped, small.

Breakfast was amazing, staff are really really nice, respectful, and well-trained. Beautiful place with a lot of nice iguanas, and palm trees. The infinity pools are also very cool. We will surely return

Lunch and dinner are so-so, not as high quality as we expected. It was the season of seaweeds and it would be nice if they could clean it more from the shore.

My wife and I were very happy with the accommodations. the room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. the bathroom was large and again very tastefully decorated. All of the amenities were even better than described. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The only thing I didn't like about Nizuc is that because it such a large property, you had to ride a cart from location to location.
