Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & Villas

The resort is really nice and super clean. There are a lot of restaurants (Italian, Sushi, Mariscos, Mexican and the normal buffet) and the quality is pretty good. The room was better than we expected. My understanding is that all rooms have been fully refurbished and they are not actually like the ones in the Booking.com pictures. The beach and the pools are really nice.

The wifi stopped working the last 2 days and when they said it had been fixed, it kept disconnecting all the time. A lady at the breakfast area was a bit rude when I asked for a cappuccino. The entertainment could be better, everything ends around 9:30 pm.

We've been staying at this property for over 13 years. This is our first time staying here as a Wyndham property. We're not "vacation owners" but love staying here because of the size, the staff, and the quality of the service! We noticed a difference in service and improvements to an already great hotel! We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room that was recently renovated. We were impressed with how Wyndham invests in the hotel, new paint, furnishings, food offerings, and modern updates. Gone is the old "pink" dated exterior, replaced with cool modern tones throughout the hotel. Overall, we still love this property! We will be back and love seeing the team members who remember you, always strive to make your stay unique, and always thank you for coming back! Some construction and improvements are going on. We had a crew grinding on the concrete near the pool the whole week to install NEW railings. It was a bit disruptive for a relaxing experience. However, I understand there's no good time to do this with a 24-hour property. So we rolled with it and will be looking forward to when the more significant projects are completed. If you stay here in the coming months, be aware that you may see or have some improvements going on.

We really enjoyed our stay, the resort is amazing , super clean , super friendly and helpful staffs with a wide smile on their faces . Buffet was great , breakfast and dinner they serve you in buffet which is amazing , the Brazilian restaurant is so good , the variety of meats were enough to enjoy , great pool , towel service good , lots of tasty drinks , they serve you as fast as you think , Seafood restaurant was not as great as the other restaurants but the chef took care of us perfectly. Michael Jackson show was fantastic with talented dancers , there were some vendors in an evening and selling souvenir, was so cute. They serve tasty coffee , we had a premier ocean room , exactly was the same as the room that I had booked, we definitely come back

All went well. Location, pools, breakfast and lunch were good. Employees were very nice.

Small criticism, after arriving from an early flight we arrived in the lobby for check in. Someone at the side desk took us to the side and was very nice and explained a bunch of hotel stuff but ended with a sales pitch for "time shares". It was only a small pitch and she backed off immediately once she realized we weren't interested etc but it was a bit weird. But yes, she was very nice and polite so i'm not going to complain too much. Dinner at the restaurant was just ok. Nothing great at all but enough to fill you up so it was ok. Breakfast and lunch was better for us .

The room was great. The staff was incredible. The food was ok.

Biggest complaint was there was no elevator to take you from the rooms down to the pool level. My husband has bad knees and all of the stairs made it difficult for him to walk the property.

We celebrated out 10th year wedding anniversary at the Wyndham...It was nothing short of SPECTACULAR, from the time we stepped in the door Poncho made us feel right at home..The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Everything we needed or asked for was provided. Even down to getting last minute reservations for dinner! They let us dine in the private wine cellar at Davinci. They gifted us with the the Thai Bed Cabana right on the beach with one of the best waiters at the resort Alejandro at Pina Bar is a class act. EVERYTHING AND EVERY ONE WAS WONDERFUL. We are coming back for sure. #BRAVO

this place looks amazing, the photos don’t do justice to the hotel. the service was great and there was everything that we thought a all inclusive hotel would include

the waiters always expected to get tips on everything. we do appreciate the service but for an example to the pool we didn’t bring our wallet and it made us feel uncomfortable . also there was not a lot of activities or shows to watch at the evenings in our opinion the grill restaurant wasn’t very good, but the rest of the restaurants are pretty good

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Victor and Milton from the Pina Colada restaurant were very attentive to our needs. Michelle from Da Vinci was also a star and Abraham was a great help for guidance.

Da Vinci restaurant was incredible! Also other 2 restaurants (Beach and Brazil) were excelent.

I stayed in few more hotels in zona hotelera and only in this hotel there was different offer of alcohol for all inclusive guests - there was some special group of club guests, in other hotels all bottles were available for all all inclusive guests.
