Best location in the city. Walk to amazing restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, and artist gallerias. Safe. Secure. Best rooftop views, including sunset and overlooking the plaza with 8 churches in view. Remarkable designer renovation of a historic building. Absolutely quiet. Sparkling clean. Elegant. Luxurious. Feels royal. Wonderful chef-level breakfast, dinner, desserts, and drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Exquisitely decorated rooms with handmade Moroccan textiles. Comfy bed with pristine linens. Huge spa-like bath. Boutique in every sense. A truly curated experience. Amazing value for this level of personal service and perfection.

The key was cumbersome to turn in the room door.

the breakfast was just okay… for the price the hotel charges per night they should offer a buffet breakfast or better selections. They didn’t have juice one day … unacceptable since you can walk to the market in a few minutes to buy oranges. The coffee should be unlimited too. My cousins stayed at Hotel Madi around the corner and their breakfast looked fantastic with fresh fruit and plentiful. I ordered an egg dish that was very spicy and when I asked for tortillas (a Mexican staple every where) they looked at me weird and then brought the hardest tortillas that I have ever eaten.

What a lovely hotel in the heart of SMA. It was simply perfect. A very understated elegance prevailed with splashes of luxury here and there.

We were a group of 5 friends and, because this hotel has no lobby area, found it difficult to find a place to gather other than the restaurant. Also, there was a terrible, foul sewage smell in our room the last 24 hours of our stay. I had hoped management would follow up with me about this since we did notify them.

The hotel rooms, staff are excellent as well as the location.

The only problem is that the lighting in the room was very dark, we had to use a flashlight to see, especially in the wardrobes. The room was on 1st floor that made the room cold and dark. Would stay again only if room is available on second floor where you can get some sun and lighting.

Location was amazing. So close to Jardin Allende, Parque Benito Juarez, the museum and shops. The accommodations were lovely. The room and the bathroom were great sizes. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pleasing overall design aspect. Also the restaurant, Fatima 7, has amazing views and great food. Breakfast was included and there was a very broad selection. Valet parking was also included - we rented a car from Mexico City and drove in so was nice to be able to have the staff park the car and not have to worry.

This hotel is very close to a church so you will hear church bells, but I believe that is unavoidable anywhere in San Miguel as the church bells ring what seems to be every 15 minutes.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious food.

Front Desk was very nice, however, when asked for directions, we were given wrong info and almost missed our tour. Another time we asked for change and we’re told they didn’t have it….BUT did not refer us to the Bank 2 doors down. Lastly, we had a minor emergency where we needed to obtain medication that was left behind. The Front Desk was asked and told us Farmacias open at 8am. We did our own internet search and luckily were able to find the medicine. To be a flagship hotel, all aspects should be flagship. Would I ever return? YES

Everything: location, rooms, breakfast, people, design. Rooms were very quiet and romantic. Beds were turned down every evening. Breakfast offered delicious Mexican food options and good coffee. We also enjoyed the rooftop. It offered good food, with wine pairings and great cocktails.

All the staff were polite and constantly willing to help. The concierges were extremely supportive and accommodating. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, set up out Covid testing at our room and printed the test results. Their recommendations for shops, restaurants and tours were always perfect. The rooftop restaurant was outstanding for both dinner and breakfast and the staff were excellent plus the view was beautiful. The location was perfect for walking in the city center with easy access to main city square.

I really don’t have any dislikes, our six day stay couldn’t have been any better.

We went with another couple. We stayed in the upgraded, more expensive room. Our friends payed almost $200.00 American dollars less and their room was basically exactly the same as ours but they were on the first level, we were on the second floor???

Location was excellent. Our room was located at the back of the complex so we could not hear any street noise. Everyone was extremely helpful and helped organize transportation to/from QRO and our in-room COVID-19 testing.

The stunning bathtub did not seal properly so we were not able to use it during our stay. The hotel did address the issue promptly the next day, but we did not have time to enjoy it.
