Excellent location in centro and across from the teatro so you could hear free concerts on the terrace in the early evening. Tastefully decorated with two rooftop terraces, and shared kitchen, dining and indoor lounge area. There are only four rooms so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The bed and pillows were comfortable, new fluffy towels and bathrobes were a nice touch. The cleaning service was excellent and friendly, with towels replaced almost daily.

We were not given much of a review of the services and facilities, including not being told about or given vouchers for the full breakfast, which is served in a restaurant a couple of blocks away. Another guest was kind enough to help us out and gave us directions. The rooftop terrace has a firepit but we were not told how to turn it on (it required a special tool kept downstairs). Once we messaged we had a pretty quick response, but an evening service call could have been avoided by making sure we had all the info when we arrived. Note that the property manager is only present during the day.

very nice accommodation. great to be able to use the “community kitchen “. verywell appointed and a good location. BUT - did NOT like the fact that the hotel wanted to charge us a ridiculously huge EXCHANGE RATE on the US dollar. I pity the guests who have just arrived in Mexico and are not aware of this. so I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

No meals included, location was great, patios were excellent especially at night! Enjoyed the panoramic site of the city on the third floor sitting in a love seat! Great spot to read a book!

No wash clothes, internet slow and sometimes not available.

basic facilities. not even a bottle of water on arrival. safe not working in spite of a warning sign that hotel is not responsible for personal belongings. when I asked for a solutions, was told it is was safe. room cold at night and no proper heating

House itself was amazingly beautiful, such a good taste for decorating!

Blinds blocking the door felt not enough for providing enough privacy, but is understandable the design of the house/rooms do not allowed for additional privacy without interfering with the style of the property

Excellent location and the terrace was a wonderful place to relax.

It was a bit noisy at night. The lighting in the room was bleak.

Breakfast wasn’t available, said it didn’t come with my rate.

Not sure why there was a wake up call or bell rung at 7 or 7:30. It wasn’t consistent and not sure why.

The property is conveniently located in the heart of San Miguel; you can walk anywhere. Beautiful house, very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
