LOtel-Casa Arca

We loved our stay at LOtel-Casa Arca. Beautiful property and room, the staff were all so pleasant, friendly and helpful and it was incredibly clean. We enjoyed spending the hot afternoons on the rooftop and pool every day. We only had the fruit bar for breakfast which we loved. Would highly recommend

The only thing we disliked was that the air conditioner was so incredibly loud and the bright light outside our room that was on all night

The location was perfect just down a pedestrian only road from the main church. There was no traffic noise at night so that was a plus! The bed was like jumping into a cloud. All my family talked about the next morning was how well they slept! I even found out where they bought the pillows and sheets and purchased some when I got home.

The valet was tough for my family to find but they eventually connected with them to park the car. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The staff was beyond amazing. The bed was super comfy, Everything was beyond our expectations. Its so close to the main plaza. So quiet and relaxed.

Breakfast could be elevated, just bcs the rest of the experience was so good. If you go to the pool You have to walk through the restaurant so thats a bit odd. Room could feel a bit small. They do have bigger rooms but the price can get out of hand very quickly 😅 But tbh Im just being picky here.

Beautiful hotel and Room with Great decor, comfortable bed, great location, and breakfast on site was excellent. Enjoyed the private area upstairs. Everything was very clean. Overall just an amazing experience. Coming to San Miguel and staying here was one of the best vacation experiences. Would love to come back.

The pool was very cold. All the guests were daring each other to get in one afternoon which was quite funny. Unless You're from Canada, most of us just got in for a few sec to cool off then got out.

I loved everything about this hotel. The design is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and so comfy. The staff are so friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal. Lots of little nice touches as well throughout the time we were there. Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Some building work going on at the time which was a bit noisy but that’s all and couldn’t be helped.

Amazing location, right in the center of San Miguel. The street was closed for cars so nice to walk around. The breakfast was delicious, with many healthy options. Rooms were beautiful and beds are comfortable.

Didn’t have a great checkin experience - we were charged an extra fee for a 3rd person in our reservation. We let me them know since the beginning - would have liked complete transparency. (Solution is simple - add the price since the beginning).

location is perfect for exploring San Miguel, hotel is beautifully decorated too, lunch offerings are nice also.

lack of service round pool area, freezing pool which would take your breath away, also the rooms could be bigger for the price, or reduced in price to account for this as not a lot of storage.

Our stay was very delightful and our room and service exceeded our expectations. The breakfast included was also very enjoyable. Especially loved the green juice and fruit bar

Would be nice if the pool was heated as the water was freezing cold. Also I had to fumble around with the tv to find the tv channels. Wasn’t completely obvious.

Terrible lighting in room. Decorative but not functional. No bed light to read by. Terrible lighting over bathroom sink for shaving. Needlessly complicated. Four different light switches none of which provided enough light

Great service by friendly staff. Food was delicious and atmosphere of the hotel nice.

Some of the rooms, such as the one we booked, have windows looking into the hotel, so no natural light or ability to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city.
