SeaGarden Beach Resort - All Inclusive

The staff was great especially Latoya was awesome! Room was really clean (only a few ant expected since the balcony door was open). The check in was very long the room was not ready until close to 5pm. We received the band to eat and enjoy the resort until ready.

The shower would drain slowly. The variety of good could be better. If you want bacon on morning ask lol. Also if you want early cocktails it doesn’t have until 10:00! lol The entertainment could be better. Still ok. The beach by far was peaceful and the DJ and staff cooks over there are amazing! Clean clean clean clean! The shuttle did not pick us ! Use gate 5 they would get there. Don’t be afraid to bring cash for tipping.

The price-quality ratio is really good. We also stayed in a fancier resort in Negril where we payed almost 3 times the rate a night compared to here, and besides the room (more modern) the difference to us was not that big. I like that this place has a very local touch to it, and lots of locals seem to visit. If you are looking for an all inclusive yet still a place that is more local and with not only Americans I would really recommend it. We also really liked the food. the beach that belongs to the hotel is also very nice and there are often games and activities.

the rooms are spacious and very clean but outdated (more than it shows on the pictures). There are also not many plugs. It did not bother us because we barely spent time there. We arrived very late and did not have the chance to exchange money yet so we could not tip the bell boy (concierge) after he helped us carry up the suitcases. His mood instantly changed. I went back the next day to give a tip and explain, but given the circumstances it is a shame it impacts the service level and friendliness so much.

There was a large variety of foods to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which were delicious. The beach was very clean, water was crystal clear, and there were a lot of beautiful scenic views.

The Cable Channels were not crystal clear. Luckily I brought both my Google Chromecast TV and my Amazon Fire Stick which work well with the Samsung Smart TV provided in the room I was in.

The staff were excellent. Thanks to Michelle who listened to my request for a king size bed. She gave us an excellent room with views for our anniversary and my husband birthday. The dining room staff should be commended. Thanks to Trishel, Shamara, Qanita and all others. They always greeted us with a smile, ensure to fulfill our request as best as they could. The food was delicious. Servings were sufficient. I really enjoyed the chicken and pork. The Italiam meals at the restaurant was tasty. Ambiance was excellent. The supervisor was pleasant....world class service... The beach grills were good. We were served with pleasure. The lady at the bar at the pool was pleasant. Did not spend long there, but the one male I saw working, was efficient. Michelle is doing an excellent job. She really would make a good Manager.

The fact that we did not have a soda, beer, or coffee/tea in the room. If it was even to start. Yes we had water but something else to increase ones sugar level just in case. We were expecting a nice little wine and small slices of cake for birthday & anniversary.. Really sorry we left our wine as we needed it in the room. The attendees at check in should listen, possible find out from guests if stay include a special occassion like birthday/ anniversary etc. They should now communicate that info to a team that make us feel like we chose SeaGardens Beach Resortl for a good reason.

The property is amazing. It’s a bit on the older side but that gives it charm and character. Most of the staff are amazing!!! very helpful and friendly. Especially Sharmin in the resturant. She epitomizes the character of Sea Garden!!!

There was no hot water in my shower. Reported it from the first day and it wasn’t fixed. Wished it had an elevator but the lack of hot water was the bigger problem. And the fact that it wasn’t not rectified during my 3 day stay.

I am an island guy and I know good food when I taste it, the food was amazing (The BOMB.COM) most of the staff were wonderful (especially my housekeeper, she made our room extra special for our anniversary and she hugged me every time I saw her thereafter. Roshawn (the lifeguard was also very nice and polite, Marvin (the waiter was great and one of the landscapers climbed on a guinep tree just to get me some to eat! I have had an amazing time at the beach! The property is on the older side and kind off small but is well maintained and beautiful.

The resort lobby was too HOT, there is no air conditioning unless you go to your room . Wi-Fi was terrible but when you find the right spot stay there. The entertainment could be better ( they only have bands playing most of the time and it gets boring there’s so many people with talents on the islands , give them an opportunity). Some of the staff can work on their attitudes especially the Lady serving Jamaican Patties and ice cream ( Rude ) .

* I liked the fact that it had its own private beach and activities to do there as well. The scenery was absolutely beautiful! * The DJ that came out on the dance floor and interacted with everyone. He made my stay enjoyable! * The drinks!!!!!!!!!!!!! * The people were very friendly and welcoming.

* The food was not the best and I didn’t like the rule of no food in the room 🙃…wish I feel like was a lie. I wanted to order food from outside because the food at the resort was basically the same but was told I can’t eat in my room. * I asked for my room to be decorated for my birthday…I could have asked my 4 year old niece who would have done a better job.

The breakfast was awesome, however, the options can be increased.

It didn't seem as if the sheets were changed while being there. Some air fresheners could be added to the improvement.

The food wasn't the tastiest but generally that's the norm at all inclusive . The entertainment was top notch !!!!! As a local I was traded like a guest and I appreciate that as sometimes we tend to treat locals differently ….. Few ones need to not be working in the industry but most went above and beyond !!You can go kayaking at no additional cost !! Akeem and Vanessa at the Italian restaurant !! Top Notch Service , Candace at the front desk - Top Class Service !! The young lady who works at the Beach Grill .. sheds a true professional !!

i found out about the Italian restaurant from a review, At Check in they need to try and highlight or guide guests to the portals to get that information . Wider variety in menu is needed and more drink choices

The Location was good and very close to the airport. The property itself was ok in that it was clean and garden area well taken care of. The evening entertainment was good and food was nice. I loved the beach area and good to see that consideration is given into keeping their customers safe when crossing the road outside the property. I could see that the pool area was very popular with customers and really lovely to see this is also used in the early morning for local children have swimming lessons The staff were very pleasant and kind.

The property is outdated. It was very disappointing to see that the lifts were broken and would appear little being done to repair this. You cannot expect customers to carry heavy suitcases down 6 flights of stairs as it is not right. I did get support to carry this up but had to carry down myself. I have asthma and suffer backache so this was not good. What about disabled customers and customers with children.
